I just got the notification mail now of funds sent. The domain sold for 250, inbound offer, and was developed into a website in less than 2hours of transfer. That same day.

I got a lead of $250, like say d guy don dey wait make I post am b4. I countered with $400 and chatted with d guy to raise d price small now. He said he could only pay $300. Na so I accepted sharp sharp to avoid stories that touch.
The guy just paid today since almost 8 days d offer was accepted oo.

Netsol does "pull" instead of "push". It's the same thing technically. Just tell undeveloped to initiate a pull. You will be notified by netsol, then you accept. The domain will be pushed to undeveloped almost immediately.

If I option in to afternic fast transfer or premium domain program and the names get sold where will I receive the payment? Afternic or netsol? Is it advisable to even option in to that program? Because I don't want netsol problems.

Trying paying with the option that says "pay with PayPal" network solutions will give you a form, fill in the details including that ur card details and then pay for the domain. I buy 6 names with them yesterday through PayPal. Although at first they rejected my visa card which made me to try this method I just explained. Thanks

To get high CPC and high competition (CO) domains you will use the filter on expireddomains.net site. Simply click on filter then go to adwords check for CPC and add any number of CPC you wish the filter should filter out for you.
If you want short domain or high traffic names you can play around with the filter. Thanks
