Hold time: 1 month although the buyer showed interest 24hrs after registration. But after several follow ups, he told me he had tried making payment 3 times with his Amex (American Express) through undeveloped but Amex told him it is a fraudulent transaction. I quickly changed my namesavers to namesilo and told him to try this last time, and viola, transaction was successful.
Guess the issue is undeveloped. Know of two guys with the same issue.

An offer of $199 came from domainagents. They did not reveal the buyer to me. I told them that the name is registered at netsol and under 60 days lock, that they should request for a push. Once they get the name they can pay me. Them no even send me.

Just feeling disappointed because am a Nigerian. Just lost a sale because escrow and domainagents do not support my country. No problem Sha because I was giving the name for cheap sef. I will hold it even for 3 yrs because I believe the name will sell for high Bleep even mid xxxx.
The name is a USA populated city + catering + company.

Here is what i do,

Open a Google/bing search engine, type in the search box @ajalekoko.com, then search

Most official emails attached to ajalekoko.com will list in many different ways. First 10 will list most recently used emails by the company. Either the website itself or other sources where the company list it's journal, or conference attendance, even the Facebook page will list if the email is on it. On the Facebook page, click on about link on that Facebook page, u can get even most recent email there. I noticed that official email might have been inactive or not monitored, so through the company Facebook page I could see Gmail to send my email too

This is same query hunter will do, and from my findings doing outbound, hunter isn't accurate in my opinion

The only disadvantage is that, it is time consuming to search all the pages inorder to get the mail address. But i don't mind because i have been getting email ids of decision makers through this method. Some even ask for the price of my domain and i see the office they occupy in their mails.

Smiles. I accepted $200 and the buyer refused to make payment after two reminders. I cancelled the transaction when I received another offer. The new buyer failed to make payment after 6 days. While waiting for payment, I received another offer so I cancelled the transaction. My domain was relisted again, I changed it to buy it now only. I received mail that it has been sold for $150. Patiently waiting for $136.50 alert. More details later .

Buyers seems sensitive so I don't want to drop the names for now. Both are on same niche.
Made two sales in the last week of March, both domains sold in the interval of two days, and between one week of registration.

Both domains sold for $250 each.

Both are geo domains...
One was bought for $1,while another was bought for $6.99

That's all I can say for now.

point the dns to undev. Also list it at afternic. Undev do not charge much. Customize mail does not matter but the name you selling. Except you want to be sending more than 250 mails in a day which Gmail doesn't accept but customize email will.

Removing a name from someones account so another can relist is usually a problem now......

I don't know why this boys can't delete a name from their undeveloped acct once it's expires. I can't even list the name again. My buyer is now finding where to really get the name. Buyer has been showing interest with series of emails he send to me on how to buy the name. Am praying this transaction should pull through.

My boss I have been following this discussion since. Please permit me to have my say. Some people may report uncompleted sale for different reasons. One maybe to get attention from newbies. These newbies will email them through their signature and finally they try to exploit these newbies. Claiming to them to give what they don't even have. I think you need to set or let some people know some standard about this thread so that it may met its aim. Thanks

I have a serious problem.
i regg a name on 19 dec 2018 at netsol and listed it at afternic and undeveloped.
But to my greatest surprise, the name is not in my netsol account.
The landing page at undeveloped where i listed it for sell is still active and showing my BIN.
when i checked whois info its shows that name is registered at namesilo on 19 dec 2018 but my namesilo account does not have this name there.
Am so confuse right now, because i know of sure that i did not register the name at namesilo but netsol.
also the name is still pointing to undeveloped where i listed it for sell. This name is still in my afternic acct too with my BIN which when i type the name in other registrar e.g godaddy shows my BIN.
Pls i need help oooo.
