SuleimanKano:Let him know that he can get the domain from Godaddy. Tell him to search for the domain using the search box and then checkout. But make sure you have listed the domain name with afternic. I sometimes let my buyers know they can get the domain there if I noticed fear in their reply and it has been working for me. Closed one using this method this month sef. Congrats in advance. |
id911:Sorry bro.. I will. I lost my phone. |
sammchuck1:Nothing much bro. I currently have about 8 Gmail ids I use in outbounding. One email ID per domain per day. So I will end up sending emails for 5-7 names per day. My portfolio is not that large. Currently 298. As my portfolio increases, I planned of using 5 email ids (one per domain) for fresh outbound per day and another 5 email ids (one per domain) for follow up. If anyone has ideas of better steps and methods, please share with us. |
Heyzee5:Yea |
Hi guys. If you are looking for email addresses of a company. Here is a little trick. Get the first and last name of the person you are targeting. Use these popular email formats. Firstlast@domain,com Firstlast@domain,com Flast@domain,com FirstL@domain,com Firstlast@domain,com FirstL@domain,com Last@domain,com Then goto to Gmail. Click compose mail. Paste the email formats there. Roll ur cursor on each one. The one showing all Gmail blue icon is the valid email. See image below. You can use this format to check if an email address is valid or not. Also, you can use neverbounce, com to check the validity of an email ID. You are given 1000 free checks. Thanks. Stay Safe.

Geofavor:My portfolio is getting larger. I do outbound a lot. My strategy is one domain per email address per day. So if I do outbound for 5 names in a day, I use 5 email addresses. Its helps me avoid my mails landing in spam. |
The free email address from Gmail has been working perfectly well for me. Even though I have about 5 custom email addresses, the sales have been coming from the free Gmail address. I am still using my custom email address but only in my signature. |
Congrats bro |
Carmal90:Thanks bro.. I submitted this name to SH and they rejected it. I had 2 options in mind when paying the domain. The dot in owner and SH.. Also I had already put my bin of $1500, had it been I left it at make offer in the first place, certainly I would have sat on it and wait for the best offer. Lesson learnt. |
A brief story about the Flit//Pay Registered the name on 21st of February 2020 few minutes after dropping. I was happy nobody back ordered it. I quickly set bin at epik for $1500 without researching on the right price for the domain. Immediately, I emailed my target buyer, Flit//Pay.in, a crypto exchanger in India. He replied saying the price is too high. Asking me to give him my best price. I told him to give me his best offer instead. He didn't reply me. Few hours later, I got an inbound offer of $350. I stupidly negotiated to $500. He declined my offer and said when I am ready to sell at $350 I should let him know. Few minutes later, Rob congratulated me for getting that name and that I should price it at 5BTC (madoo). He said this after researching on the name as well. Mumu Me!!! I had already priced it at $1500 and contacted the guy that Rob was targeting too. I explained everything to him. He said he will try to negotiate the deal for me. Buy honestly I had spoilt everything. Long story short, the person that made the inbound offer of $350 was a broker sent by the dot IN owner (I didn't know this earlier) . I stood my ground at $1500 but later we settled at $900 because I was weak at negotiating. Negotiation took 2 weeks. The name is now redirected to his dot In. I learnt a lot from this deal. Truly, I now understand why Rob said some of us sell for cheap. |
March sales.. All thanks to Jehovah and everyone here. ElonMosque:I believe he has a team. I love the guy. His strategy is cool. |
ElonMosque:Federer's English is better than this guy... I think most of his sales is linked to his low price ($150-$345, mostly $198) which sometimes buyers can't resist couple with aggressive outbounding.. I have been receiving his outbound mails often. Even when I tell him not interested, he will still follow up. |

viktor88:Are you kidding me? |
This Corona Virus has started eating into domain biz oo. Just making end-users to price a domain as if you have no choice. That's if they even reply you after the price enquiry. |
Depressed101:It's free but seems they charge $1 processing fee.. I don't really know but I paid $1 at checkout |
Finally, Nairaland moderators have released me! How will they ban me from replying to this thread for no just course. I have never posted ads before or are they telling me not to post my sales report again? Still thinking..... |
iCauseTrouble:Know your domain worth and price them accordingly. If you are not sure of the price for the domain, leave it at "make offer ". Research those making offers on your domain and counter according to their pocket. Do not allow any potential buyer to intimidate you as if you don't have any options. It's my lessons and their is a way I understand it. Thanks. |

malachi2uk:I use adapt /io to get emails of decision makers. I also do a Google search using this format: email address "@domain.com" I sometimes search for email format of the company and follow the format. You can visit the "about page" if they have Facebook fan page. Las Las if I don't get any, I use their contact form. How do you reply to "how much" The asking price is $Bleep (negotiable) Visit yourdomain.com to get it. The payment and transfer process is handled by DAN ESCROW and takes a few minutes. Let us know if you need any help or clarification regarding the purchase of the domain. Warmest Regards, Your name. |
