......from the above information I can deduce the following:
* you like this dude
*he likes you
*he's not strong willed(he can be emotionally manipulated)
*he is not yet sure if he loves you,he just enjoys your company.
*you are so desperate to be the one he picks.
*you are not putting yourself in the other ladies shoes.
*you are looking to settle down.(asap)
*you too like fine boys(tread carefully)

......when you marry someone you marry their family,
looks like the family already loves the other girl.

but my advice is fight(not literally)for your happiness,
tell him how you feel and that together you should both fight to be happy.,so you don't regret later in life.
