The fact is Northerners think they are superior to the rest of the country, especially Christians, and they can't stand an assertive and effective Christian politician like Wike. This officer is clearly expressing the sentiments of the Muslim North, who think that FCT ministry is their birthright, and who are still agrieved that Tinubu chose Wike, a Christian Southerner, as the FCT minister.

Hausa is a lingua franca in kogi cos some of its citizens are Hausa. "Kogi" is a hausa word. "Lokoja" is a Hausa word. Angwa in Ankpa is a Hausa word and populated by Hausa/Igalas. You have such places in Idah and Dekina too.

“Kogi” is a hausa word imposed by the military when the state was created. It’s a way of creating the false intention that it’s a Hausa or Northern Territory. No indigneous Kogi tribe speaks Hausa. The lingual Franca of Kogi is pidgin and of course, our respective mother tongues (which is not Hausa). Also, the fact that Hausas came to settle in Angwa does not make them indigenous. In fact, their came to ancestors settle in those enclaves , but their descendants don’t speak or understand Hausa an Angwa—either in Idah or Ankpa. Igala is the only tribe that you find in the north, SW(Isale Eko or by closeness to Yoruba), South-south(Delta, Edo and it's related to the Itsekiri) and in the southeastern part where you have them in Enugu, Anambra, etc.

Go to places like Ankpa, Idah, Olamaboro, Dekina, etc, you'll see people who are originally hausa but are now Igala today - they came and settled there(we all came from somewhere). Kogi is extensively diversed, and most bordered state in Nigeria, expect her to have northern and southern traits. Ankpa is closer to Kaduna than Adamawa. Plateau is north central(MB) and it's not close to any southern state. Northwest is close to SW if the road is completely linked.

Would you say Igbos born in Kano or Lagos and doing business there are Hausas or Yorubas? I agree with you. The Caucasians are the most tolerant and open race in the world, specifically on a systemic level . They may not like you, they may despise you, but they will pragmatic enough to give you opportunities if you have something to offer. An Oyibo in Wilmbledon is more likely to give you an opportunity if your prove your worth than an Igbo man in Anambra (if you’re non-Igbo).

For mouth odor, it may be from the gut, some antibiotic can take out the smelly bacteria in the gut, and of course, brush twice a day, go t o the dentist to wash the teeth, always have plenty mints handy, and have chewing gum always in your handbag or pocket. Problem fixed. For Snoring, it may be a tricker. It could be sleep apnea, but you will need sleep study, probably C-PAP machine, and in some cases, maybe surgery.

With that being said, I'd take mouth odor or body odor over snoring ( the first two can be easily fixed without huge cost)
