Kwakwanso is the most deluded politician in Nigeria. Local champion, but yet so arrogant and conceited. |
Salah is indeed a gift from Allah; a gift and a sign of religious tolerance. Mohammed Salah A gift from Allah He came from Roma To Liverpool He’s always scoring It’s almost boring So please don’t take Mohammed away. |
Tinubu is about to sell us to the Ghanaians again. Like giving them gas on credit (which they won't pay) to power their electric plants while we languish in darkness. |
Kwakwanso is an arrogant local champion. |
There is nothing like “Northern voting bloc”. BVAS and Peter Obi exposed the truth about the Northern electorate. First, the voting numbers have always been illogically inflated and second, the northern electorate is diverse and not monolithic. Also, when these power drunk or power hungry northerners speak of the North, they are most certainly referring to the North West and the Fulani caliphate. |
They brought Biko Haram and Banditiry to the region to cause confusion when they thought that GEJ will no cooperate. Let them deal with the consequences. NaijaGoBetter2: |
Putin is the happiest person about Trump’s victory. If Trump had not won, Putin would have thrown in the towel. The strategy of the West was to draw out the war for as long as possible until Putin is worn out. Putin was already getting worn out; their economy was being crushed, hundreds of thousands of Russian soldiers have been killed. Trump was Putin’s last hope. With Trump, Western solidarity is weakened and Russia is strengthened. Many more western leaders will now start calling Putin for dialogue and accept some compromise. Watch and see |
and there are thousands of them in Abuja, Kano, and Lagos, riding okada constituting nuisance. But they won't depart them cos they speak Hausa |
Is it even easy exporting things, especially food from Nigeria through sea? What's the procedure like? Thinking about the potential bureaucracy and logistical challenges in Nigeria even makes me afraid. Someone please share your exeprience or knowledge. |
Five years is too harsh in my opinion. |
the easiest way to get bello is to let the Supreme Court do its work of declaring his stooge in the Kogi government house illegitimate. its like lighting up dry bush in harmattan so that the "bush meats" will run out from their hiding in the bush. If they get Ododo (who is illegitimate), Bello will have no hiding place. |
Northerners are the major cause of the oligarchic mentality in Nigeria. Their worldview is based on a divide between the rich and the poor. The North does not believe in upward social mobility. If you are poor or from a poor family, that is your destiny designed by Allah and if you are rich, from a rich family, that is your destiny designed by Allah and you are supposed to do sadaqah for the poor. The rich intermingle amongst themselves and the poor are supposed to be worshiping them. The South is copying that mentality, but it is not widespread. In the South, there is a belief in upward social mobility. Children of "nobodies" have grown to be billionaires and it is common for industrious children to cure their generation of generational poverty. There is indeed two countries in Nigeria. The North and the South should never have had anything to do together. |
I went to boarding in 1996. These items were mandatory: Cutlass, hoe, bucket, six hangers, sport shoes, charcoal iron, mosquito nets, six spring mattress, white bed sheet, blue bedsheet, blanket, one wrapper etc... |
It's high time Nigerian Christians embraced politicking with their full chest, just as the Northern Muslims are doing. The Nigerian Christian population is higher than the Muslim population, but the Northern muslims have succeeded in hypnotizing everyone into believing in their dominance. You'd think the North is a vast islamic monolith until you actually visit states like Gombe, Bauchi, Taraba, Kaduna, Borno, etc...The Christians are the silent majority in this country and it's high time we became loud in policies and politics. |
These guys are jobless and crazy. |
Not necessarily. What it shows is that in reality, Nigeria is a country on auto-pilot. It is a country that will do well with or without the government. The hardworking citizens private–not the government–are the main drivers of Nigeria's wealth and economy. In reality, what this shows is that in spite of the huge size of our government, they are not effective or even destined to meet the day-to-day needs of the country. You and I know that more than half of the $30 Billion budget will be embezzled and the rest will be spent on frivolities. The government does not care about creating basic infrastructure, so why will they budget that Hughe amount for those? Moreover, the revenue Nigeria generates from taxes, import duties, exports are stolen and do not add to our national assets. In summary, Nigeria is not poor. Nigeria rather does not care about responsible governance that is responsive to the needs of the citizens. Hence, the tiny budget. |

The greatest yahoo boys is Yahaya Bello. His house will be pulled down and he will pay for his crimes against the people of Kogi. One day be one day. |
what a wasted suicide. In the abroad, people use their suicides to pursue a common good. |
If only we knew how our government in Nigeria short changes us in favour of foreign nations. Ghana has been getting gas from Nigeria for free for years. They have been owing us money, but nobody said anything, probably because they (the Ghanaians) have been bribing a few corrupt Nigerian officials to look the other way while they get gas supply from us for free. This is just the tip of the ice berg. You also remember the "Nigeria Air" saga where the then minister of aviation wanted to sell the whole Nigerian aviation sector to Ethiopian Airline to the detriment of our own airline? How about fuel subsidy? We literally subsidize fuel for contiguous West African countries. Trillions of Naira to "help" other African countries. What about electricity? It'd shock you that we supply electricity to Togo and Benin Republic while our own country wallows in darkness. What about oil and mineral theft? Our officials collude with multinationals to steal billions of dollars worth of oil and mineral from our shores everyday. sometimes I wish God gave me super power for just thirty seconds. Every politician and those who have turned Nigeria to a den of misery will be crushed and their flesh will be fed to dogs, pigs, and vultures. |
Confirmed. Mum and other relatives and neighbors had it. |
Nigerians are the most extreme personification of the word "Callous." Some of the comments here make me sick to my stomach. We are the most unempathic and cruel people. Many of our fellow citizens are sick. So many psychopaths in our society. |
Bukola94:But when GEJ was in power, why were Northern politicians not doing the same down South? The greatest weakness of the South is selfishness and individualism. This has helped in terms of fostering an environment of competition and individual success, but politically it has made the South inferior to the North. The day the South sticks together politically, the Middle Belt (which is already tired of the North), will join the South. In fact, the North East might even join. Our greatest problem in this country is the Fulani-led North West. How can a small minority hold the rest of the country to ransom? I watch senate sessions sometimes and I see Northern politicians speaking arrogantly and boastfully and forcefully when their people's interest are at stake (especially on Fulani herdsmen), but Southern politicians chicken out when it comes to standing for their people against Northern interest. |
what is wrong with these Southern politician? Why are they so beholden to the Fulani caliphate? It is a mystery that evades any attempt to undertsand. |
StraightGaay:Me I don't know o. But I know say e day hold belle wella. |
StraightGaay:That's the closest alternative o. Oat meal dey hold belle pass garri sef. E fit hold your belle for the whole day. |
nkpommpko:Wetin I go talk again na. Na only oat meal you fit soak like garri na,. |
Oat meal or Quaker Oats. |
Is it by force to bear biolgical children? If you can knack and enjoy knocking as a man, why not adopt a child or children? In this economy and amidst overpopulation, Africans are still hellbent on bearing children, especially the poor ones. Later there'd start disturbing uncles, siblings, and cousins for children's school fees. If you can't afford the Money, then you probably don't need to have biological children of your own. ADOPT. You can still love an adopted child as your blood. |
