PropertiesRe: How Do I Deal With My Landlord? by dabigbangishere: 6:25pm On Dec 17, 2017
most people on this forum as saying what they don't understand. even though the landlord is devilish, never put it at the back of your that you will use free rent. you might be lucky if you have a strong case but the court will still tell you to pay all you owe. if you not satisfied, instead of disturbing your peace, leave the house or get a lawyer to write your lawyer but according to what I've seen, the landlord is smellos and that is where he base his livelihood - so you will Always have a problem with him. look for more conducive environment and enjoy your life.

I got a visa to South Africa but after booking my flight, I got an emergency and I needed to cancel my trip to South Africa. I want to apply for a US visa and I don't know if not using my SA visa will affect my chances at the US visa in anyway.

I have been refused twice by SA embassy, 1st in 2013 and second I applied in December 2014 and was refused January 2015 when I got my passport. I was told by an agent that I can't apply again since I've been refused twice. How true is this?
TravelRe: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by dabigbangishere: 3:15pm On Jan 29, 2015
When I got the visa twice, I used an agent who got it for me then but the 2 times I was refused, I tried doing it myself. Also, I was told by an agent that since I've been refused twice, I can't apply again... how true is this?

samtol4:
when you collected the visas twice did you use insider? No doubt insider might be involved but that is not the reason for your denial if you have proper documentation without having an insider your visa is sure ..The mindset that without insider you can't get things done is erroneous and absurd .Your last application you did hotel reservation without making any financial commitment so the hotel cancelled your booking .Things have changed now embassy now contact hotels .next time when you apply @least pay a night mayb R200 or 300 depending on the standard of the hotel they will give u a letter signed by the manager to back up your booking .

I don't understand what is happening with South Africa Embassy. I think they are just there to reap us of our hard-earned cash through their visa fee. I have been given visa twice by South Africa which I travelled but I was surprise when I was denied visa on the ground that my documents lack credibility in August 2013. I tried applying again for vacation on the 26th of November 2014 which I didn't get any response till January 5th 2015. I went their and I was still deny with a very stupid excuse. I applied for a visiting visa and I was told "APPLICATION FOR WORT PERMIT DENIED" (please take note of the typo made by this guys). Now, why was I denied visa? I was told that my hotel reservation is cancelled. Why won't the hotel reservation cancel when the application was delays? Well, that is my experience and I want advice. Should I still apply because I was confused and contacted a friend who said they use insiders to get SA visa? How true is this and what can I do?

Will 2 and 3 years old kids be interviewed too? Thanks for your response. Appreciate.
abujaniv:
We do not comment on the individual "chances" of any particular case, nor do we comment on the circumstances of individual prior refusals. As for your application with your family, each family member needs their own visa application, and needs to pay the visa fee. There's no single "family visa" that covers all of them - each member of the family needs a visa application and a visa fee so that each member of the family can be interviewed for a visa.
TravelRe: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by dabigbangishere: 11:16pm On Dec 12, 2014
I don't have their number - do you have it?
TYPOP:
Call them and ask them to tell you the status of your application. The person may ask for your passport and say it is not ready yet. Ask specifically for which stage of the processing it is at. That way, you know for sure.

Cheers and all the best.
TravelRe: Cost Of A Nigeria International Passport by dabigbangishere: 11:42pm On Dec 11, 2014
Hey guy, how much do you think it will cost me to get a passport for my kids. They are 2 & 3 years. I believe it can't be the same price as that of an adult. I will be getting for my wife too so please I wait for response.
TravelRe: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by dabigbangishere: 10:38pm On Dec 11, 2014
I submitted by visa application on the 26th of November and till now, I've not heard anything or received any text from them. Could this be a problem that I won't be getting the visa since its taking a long time right now.

yinksob002:
Of course they do have records of previous applications just like other embassies.

However, since you didn't overstay during your previous visits, you may be lucky to have that part overlooked or they may not even notice it going by the volume of applications they treat on a daily basis.

Just relax, i believe it will come out fine. All the best

Hello VO... good afternoon. I was supposed to go for the OilComm Conference in Texas so I went for interview on the 21st of October 2014. I was surprised when the person that was supposed to interview didn't do what he was supposed to do and just refused me without no explanations or questions. The only question asked was my ID which I gave him and that was all. I was a bit confused but just got to comply. Why do you think I was refused even when my intentions of going for a conference was very clear?

Also, I will be going for visitation next year with my wife and kids... what chances do I have and what will be the requirement for a family visa? Although I've traveled to South Africa before but as a single man and not with family. I will like to know how to fill forms and what will be the documents that will be attached with my kids passport since they are just 3 and 2 years respectively. I will really appreciate your response.

I am having a big issue here so I need someone with experience to please respond to my post. I've traveled to SA about 2 times and I never overstay... I applied for a visa sometime last year and I was refused so I tried to visit again so while filling the form, someone convince me to fill that I have never been refused before which I foolishly did. Will this affect my chances of getting a visa? Also, do SA embassy have records for applications ever submitted? I will appreciate experience response and no immature talks.
