After waiting for a while, It was my turn to get in, I met about six of them in the room including the CEO and HR.
Interview went well and positive, we negotiated pay and I was to get a formal letter of appointment from the HR the following week. I left fulfilled.
Days went,weeks, months and years today. I didn’t get any sort of feedback from them. I didn’t want to seem desperate so I left them. I’m glad today I never did.
.
With the knowledge I travelled far and made some commitments to show up for the interview, they never cared to give me any feedback whatsoever.
I am glad I didn’t get to work with that company and I never will.
.
My reservation is why invite people for interviews, test – make them travel and never see need for a polite gesture of feedback?
This is the ugliest part of a recruitment process, to all recruiters, every candidate deserves a feedback don’t treat them with contempt!
