nope dats not how it should be, the states are autonmous regions in nigeria. Is the federal government a bank ? The federal government is currently stealing and impoveriahing the niger delta. Asides that oil they aren't making anything else. In a true federalism structure all the money currently made by the feral government would have been resdient in the niger delta while the make paltry contributions to the center. What about other states. Are the barren lands ? Have they no economics value that should be harnessed by the leaders of such places? It is very wrong and unsustainable to run a handout based government. No developed nation runs like that
