Manchester city, I answered ur question,

In ecology, competition is defined as the interaction between organisms, populations, or species, in which birth, growth and death depend on gaining a. share of a limited enviromental resources. Please take note of ' share of a limited enviromental resources ' which is clearly not possible because we and the likes madrid and barca share those resources not arsenal, chelsea, dortmund or westham, so we are not in the same level to be competing to start with, This is to say, we are not in the level of arsenal, chelsea, manutd, and the rest, in the bundesliga those teams wouldn't make second and that's the truth cos we both know that manutd has dropped, chelsea dropping like a crashed plane as we all can see, arsenal are inconsistent, man-city who is nobody in europe at the moment tops ur league, and who else ? There can't be competition in bundesliga unless we reduce the level of our game which u all are experiencing in the premiership at the moment, or they all step up to our level, as an educated person you ought to know that the word 'noncompetitiveness' does not mean useless, so let me enlighten u about all these, until bayern start dropping at the quarters, first round of the UCL at the expense of english clubs or let me put it this way, until english clubs start doing better than german clubs in the UCL and the premiership is ranked higher than the bundesliga on the co-effiecient table, maybe then we might have an argument about this but currently the german bundesliga is a far more valuable league than the premiership, ancelotti said ' boring ' not ' useless ' which are two different words, you can be bored at ur job does not mean its uselss just as guardiola was at barca. [/s]
This voluminous PhD thesis of yours doesn't change one fact - Your league is boring & useless!!

In the last 17 years thereabout, Bayern have only managed to win the UCL once. Which kind "dominance" you come dey talk?? Rest the matter jare!

You know Van Gaal had 2 stints at Barca? I believe it was until the second stint before Rivaldo had to leave. He probably endured Rivaldo at the first stint while Rivaldo was WPOTY

Just the way it is with 2 stubborn people. One would mellow and wait for the slightest opportunity to hit back

E.g If Lvg starts Rivaldo on the left and in the game Rivaldo abandoned his position to the middle started dribbling and scored a hat trick Van gaal would chill, the moment they lose 2 games, He would come back with his "I told you so" and try to enforce his idea he temprarily forgot
Bros, forget this yarns jare...

Rivaldo was LVG's kinda player - picking an issue with the brazilian's attitude is another issue entirely. The fall-out was analogous to the one he had with Stoichov,

Loius Van Gaal:
"I hope there is another Marc Overmars being developed out there somewhere. He was a good dribbler who could beat people one-on-one and that was important for a winger in our system. But he also had a very good assist record and he could score goals."
How come a 19 year old dribbler ( who wasnt even half as good as Rivaldo), was one of the key players in that famous Ajax side??

raumdeuter:
Back to Robben, He robben was the only reason LvG kept his job even though he was selfish but van gaal would just suck it up and watch
The fact that it was the same LVG who signed a washed-up Robben from Madrid, clearly nullifies this point - he could as well have left Schweini on the wings.

Its now clear LVG has always loved wingers with flair.

That was where I got the Rivaldo quote from

He had multiple issues with Rivaldo Playing on the wings was one of them but major was the clash of ego. Rivaldo saw himself as a star and he has to play where he wants, play how he wants dribble how he likes which LvG disagrees with

Its like telling of now to dribble less and play on the wings. If he isnt a humble guy he would revolt
Louis Van Gaal:
"He lacked commitment to the club, he was only interested in making more money and playing less.

"He was chosen as the best player in 1999, but he has not handled himself well since then and has not behaved like a footballer should."He had illusions about Barca and was requesting to take holidays when important Champions League games were approaching. He then hides back home in Brazil.

"He plays for Brazil like we needed him to at Barcelona, and he has proved this in the World Cup finals, showing he reserved himself for Japan.http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11833/2241655/van-gaal-hits-back-at-rivaldo

Its like asking that Despite Mourinho's fetish for Wingers who defend, How come he was able to stand Ronaldo and built his attack around him?

Same question was also posed about how Pep would cope with Robben who isnt a tiki taka kind of player

The answer is that some players are soo good that you need to accommodate them. If Messi joins Man Utd or Chelsea and sits at the half way waiting for passes. None of LvG nor Jose would bench them. If they are benched, the club owners would sack him if one result doesnt go his way.

LvG was close to getting sacked barely 3months into his Bayern job if not that results started going his way
If that's the case, how come LVG had problems with Rivaldo's dribbling as you claimed?? Wasn't Rivaldo one of the best players in the world at that time?

As at 2004 Rooney looked more like the finished product compared to Ronaldo

Ronaldo was more talented but he had those childish moves, stepovers just to make fun of a defender and his end product was lacking. Ronaldo looked more like he would tow the path of Quaresma

Rooney at that time played more maturely and at that time looked like he would have a better career than Ronaldo even till 2006 when Ronaldo turned the corner

Regarding Van Gaal at Bayern.

Van Gaal came to Bayern at the right time and he changed our play pattern. Before then we used to play 4-4-2 and he changed it to 4-2-3-1. Drafted Schweinsteiger from an above average midfielder to Central midfielder, lahm to right back from left etc

He didnt care about the big names and he dropped most of them Lucio, Lucatoni, Demichelis, Gomez

His play pattern didnt want any form of risky play he preferred you to play safe just keep passing it around until an opening came. He always clashed with Ribery because Ribery was the opposite and always wanted to take risks

At Barcelona, where his falling out with Rivaldo over the Brazilian's penchant for unscripted dribbling still raises eyebrows,
The million dollar question is this...

While in charge at Bayern & The Netherlands, Why did he build his team round an Arjen Robben who could be frustratingly selfish with the ball (despite being one of the best wingers we have seen in the last 5years)?

NB : LVG 1st rowed with Rivaldo over the latter's refusal to play on the wings, after which other things followed

Did you get a look at the starting XI? You think Boro would've survived the first 45 if Martial, Herrerra and the usual gang started?
You just dey misyarn since morning..

Martial, Herrera & his "usual gang" need to start before we dispatch Middlesbrough at Oldtrafford?? Like really?? What kinda opinion is this??

Like I said earlier, I don't really blame you - Our recent decline has changed the mentality of so many Utd fans..

Leyqute:
Moreover it's not wise to use your players for every game- that's what Mourinho normally does and he always have a below par third season.

Apart from that, Utd have an away fixture this weekend and a UCL match midweek next week so it's a good idea to give the younguns the opportunity to show what they can do yesternight.
Atleast 6 senior players started yesterday. When it was apparent the game wasn't panning out as planned, LVG didn't introduce Youngsters as subs yet you are making it seem as though Paddy McNair captained the side.

These your "positives" are actually "negatives" bros..

Leyqute:
They did a good job is what I'm saying- and it's not a consolation for the loss. I wouldn't feel any different if they've won. If you can't get past it that Utd lost, that's your problem.

I won't clarify my position to you again.
"Good Job" of crashing out to Middlesbrough at Oldtrafford?? Like seriously??

All your personal (albeit unnecessary) braggadocio doesn't change one fact - yesterday's result was an embarrassment to The club.

From your tone, You seem to have been supporting a club like Wigan or Burnley before "porting" to Man utd - your expectations don't seem to align with that of a top club.

Too bad!!

You can decide to sulk and be angry because Utd broke a 20-year record by losing to a championship side at old trafford. I won't.

If twas Utd's strongest ssquad that lost the match, there's cause to tweet #LvGOut but the young players were given the opportunity to impress.

They played well and with a little confidence could've won convincingly. I'm not euphoric about the match but I'm taking something positive out of it.
Positives?? After failing to score at home to Misdlesbrough?? Why then did we have senior players on the bench as "insurance"??

With the "rebuilding-process-that-would-take some-time" mantra being peddled up & down, the club should be looking to atleast do well in competitions like this.

Unfortunately, our recent drop-in-status seems to have really affected our psyche, hence the willingness to console ourselves with the usual "we did well but lost" phrase when 2nd tier football teams knock us out of competitions.

I thank God say I no interrupt my sound sleep to witness this kinda embarrassment sha..

Despite the huge investment in players (so as to reclaim our rightful position at the top), some of us are still taking solace in the overplayed "we played well but lost" line even when our darling club crashed out to a championship side right at old Trafford (we couldn't even score in 120 minutes).

Rather than aiming to win trophies, It seems LVG is more interested in imparting his so-called "philosophy".

Anyone can see that you are just clutching at straws and not making much sense. Rio joined from leed who was a top 3 PL side, RVP joined from Arsenal, Mata joined from Chelsea, Carrick and Bernatov joined from SPurs

*We had to pay 37m for a player who was surplus to requirements at his club (mata).

*Everyone knows how protracted the Berbatov Transfer was ( he could have joined City on that same day he signed for us).

Using these scenarios to back your arguments just shows how clueless you are (untop this matter.)

A 29year old/ Injury prone RVP saw an opportunity to win a league title with a big club & made a wise decision. The likes of Ashley cole, Nasri, Song etc also made similar decisions & joined other bigger/stronger clubs. Dayo, the Ronaldo Analogy is as bleeped up as the Bundesliga.

raumdeuter:
Over the years you were able to name 5 or 7 which dates to almost 15yrs ago. In your current team the starting 11 that started last Sunday I named 6 in the starting 11. I named 2 additional on the bench plus 2 injured.

I can go further into the past by naming Yorke, Cole, Rio, Cantona, keane Pallister etc

Man Utd preys on their league more than Bayern has ever done.

Like I said last game bayern had 2 ex Buli players thats18% , Man Utd had 6 out of 11. Thats 55%. 55% of Man Utd starting 11 came from other PL teams
Poaching players from rival clubs is the issue here...

Bayern have shamelessly done that over the last 15 years but your feeble response is to mention players that joined man utd from lowly clubs like Aston Villa, Nottingham forest, Middlesbrough etc..

We paid £25m for an ageing RVP who was on the last months of his contract. Bayern paid a miserly £33m as release clause for one of their rivals best players - There's no basis for comparison.

raumdeuter:
In Bayern last game Neuer and Lewandoski were the only players from other Buli teams. 2 out of 11

When did Southampton, Tottenham, Everton & Wigan become man utd's league rivals??

Over the years, the transfers of players like Ballack, Neuer, lewandoski, Goetze, Van buyten etc have consistently weakened supposed rivals. Managers from rival clubs are known to make "we surrender to Bayern" statements at the start of almost every season.

Between 2005-2010 It was Man Utd, Chelsea Arsenal and Liverpool. In the last 5 yrs it was Man utd Chelsea, City and Arsenal with little changes once every blue moon

I can make a bet that at least 3 of those 4 would make top 4. Can you tell me the teams that would make top 4 in the Buli and put a bet on it?

If you can predict top 4 in a league of 20 then that league is useless
This is single-handedly the worst piece of garbage I've read in years!

What happened to the word "stability"??

You think say EPL na Buli where Wolfsburg would manage to build a decent team to challenge Bayern, only for you guys to pay peanuts for their best players & dang - the club is back to square one??

•The EPL isn't a league where Man Utd would trigger Alexis Sanchez's paltry 33m release clause 36 hours to Arsenal's vital 2nd leg CL semi final match

•We paid 25m or so for RVP - the EPL isn't a league where RVP woulda preferred to run down his Contract with the aim of joining us for free (with Arsenal watching helplessly)

•The winners of the EPL don't coast to victory with a 25 point lead as early as March.

Hahaha! Raumdeuter is a very slippery guy. Atleast you now admit there are 4 teams that have real competion to win the EPL based on the total games played amongst the whole Epl teams unlike BL where Bayern is the only constant coefficient in ur top 4 or 5 or 10 or 18.

You are bringing UEFA ranking that is based on competions outside of the BL when we are talking about competition WITHIN the BL. I have admitted BAyern is a top 3 club in the world but WITHIN their league they don't have any competition, even when they lose or draw they would probably be 12points ahead making the loss insignificant in the scheme of things.

When westham beat Arsenal at the begining of the season, the other top teams musta felt that's an advantage to them cause traditionally westham aint a top team, but they then beat city and chelsea.

In the BL, occasionally one darkhorse appears and may probably win the league in a season and then fades away the next leaving almighty Bayern as the only constant.
That yeye league is doomed.
