Lol. He is actually BinghiNya's man. I like him but I have no favourite among Val, Nani and Young. Some how, I think Young is a bit the odd man out because he has not done even half of what Val or Nani has done for us. In my opinion. I only was coming to defend Val when I felt he was unjustly the scapegoat.

I suggested we used Val in the midfield but someone (I think Dadehmola shouted me down) and Starboard was applauding him. Then Afrodoc also picked Val afterwards before Coogar surprisingly selected him too.

LVG can switch Herrera to the left side of the diamond and retain Valencia on the right side of the diamond. This frees Di Maria to play behind the 2 strikers. Just an option if Mata/Rooney are not available OR if Van Gaal needs more energy in midfield.

As Afrodoc said we need two strong players behind mata to get the best of him an Rooney should also play more upfront his falling back unnecessary robs us of the threat he should be staying up front.

So in essence, we need two strong players playing behind both of them for them to thrive effectively.

That's my take, anyways.

Even if we play 10 strong players behind them, it won't improve rooney's poor 1st touch and lack of intelligence to unlock defences with through passes, coupled with Mata's inability to orchestrate things by holding on to the ball at key moments.

I just hope di Maria's superb form continues, else we are in trouble.

LOL. U peeps will soon realise why Rooney has appeared undroppable. Mata is one player i do not rate as highly as others do because of his utter lack of physicality. No player will sit and watch you showcase all your skills without roughing you up, Mata has to borrow a leaf from Silva's book

The truth is that if we remove his awoof goals and assists, he has been piss-poor for us. Rooney is definitely not the ideal no 10 but atleast, e get work rate and e dey score. I'd rather have the rubbish he serves us over the absolute shyte mata played today!
