Look im sorry to say this, If you travel abroad often,try and visit some unis and you would realise that the almost Unclad Nigerian female students (according to you) are very decent and well dressed compared to the ones abroad.You could try check-in during the summer period. Now,the question is why are they not frequently rr.a.pe.d like the case in Nigerian Unis. I'll leave you to figure it out.
