Religion / Why Did Lot’s Wife Look Back At Sodom And Turned To A Pillar Of Salt by Daejumong(m): 8:30am On Mar 29
The bible didn’t really give a direct reason why she looked back at Sodom disobeying Gods command delivered to Lot through the 2 angels that visited.
But there are certain clues given in Gen 19, which may provide answers.

In Genesis 19:7-8
Lot says, “I beg you, my brothers, do not act so wickedly. Behold, I have two daughters who have not known man; let me bring them out to you, and do to them as you please; only do nothing to these men, for they have come under the shelter of my roof.

Two angels came in human form and visited Lot but the sodomites wanted to have them but instead of Lot to stand up to the mob he shockingly offered his only two virgin daughters to be RAPED, DEFLOWERED and abused by the mob !
Thank God the angels intervened and prevented such!
This action of Lot will break any woman and is enough
for a woman to leave the man!
Lot and his wife probably had a heated argument and fight after the incident
The following day they now depart from Sodom after not fully healing on the instruction of the same angels u almost sacrificed the daughters for and ordered her not to look back!
I tell you 90percent of women in that mental state would have looked back!
It’s unfortunate she turned to a pillar of salt .
Her absence in the life of her daughters and husband ultimately led to the incest they committed with their dad!

Religion / What Made The Virgin Daughters Of Lot To Sleep With Their Dad by Daejumong(m): 1:25am On Mar 29
Have u wondered why the chaste virgin good daughters of Lot slept with their dad despite keeping themselves in a very perverted society in Sodom

The Bible tells us in Genesis 19: 31 and 32

31 One day the older daughter said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is no man around here to give us children—as is the custom all over the earth.
32 Let’s get our father to drink wine and then sleep with him and preserve our family line through our father.”

Beyond this reason , the way their dad , Lot was ready to sacrifice them to apparently protect the two angels who visited would have betrayed the trust they had for him as a father . We see this in verse 7 to 8

In Genesis 19:7-8, Lot says, “I beg you, my brothers, do not act so wickedly. Behold, I have two daughters who have not known man; let me bring them out to you, and do to them as you please; only do nothing to these men, for they have come under the shelter of my roof.

Lot instead of begging the angels to help him in taking care of the ravenous mob outside, he rather offered his virgin daughters to be abused , deflowered and raped by a mob!
That would have made the daughters lose every iota of respect for him and were probably waiting for the right time to treat his mess up.

The wife would have hated him for that and that may have contributed to her looking back because a woman will never feel safe with a man that can sacrifice anything for his own personal glory

Did u also notice Lot did not even bother when the beloved wife turned to salt. He could have prayed for Gods mercies and He would have reversed it. This attitude would have further broken the relationship with the daughters.
Lot lost it all by sleeping with his daughters .

We all need to learn from Lot. He was a good man but he didn’t manage crisis very well. His poor management skills of his family during periods of crisis eventually led to his fall.

Health / Cowgirl Position And Excessive Hand Job Can Cause Impotence Later by Daejumong(m): 9:35am On Mar 25
Blunt trauma to the joystick from excessive masturbation and dangerous but exciting sex positions like cow girl and reverse cow girl where the woman is on top have been implicated as a cause of impotence (erectile dysfunction)according to a publication in the Journal of Urology. https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/the-journal-of-urology
This is probably why many boys need to take Viagra and herbal supplements before seeing their partners.
Let us pls take care of our penile health so as to have a long lasting, ever ready, strong and reliable third leg .

Religion / Why Is It Difficult For Widowed Pastors’ Wives To Remarry by Daejumong(m): 4:00am On Mar 24
When Pastors and GO’s wives lose their husbands they find it difficult remarrying unlike the men. Why is this like this? Why the double standards?
Let’s set up a nice context and look at some examples

Pastor Kumuyi, the number one holiness preacher in the world, highly revered all over the world, lost his wife Mummy Biodun in 2009 and remarried Mummy Esther( 65yrs old then) 18 months later in London. Baba was 69 yrs old when he remarried.

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, great man of God, lost his wife Pastor Bimbo in 2005 and remarried Pastor Rosemary 5yrs later in 2010. He was 54 yrs when he remarried.

These men of God continued in the Lords work going everywhere with their new wives without any eyebrows raised. Everybody moved on and the faithfuls and members rightly said it is better to remarry than burn with passion and fall into sin.

But why is it different for widowed women of God ? Don’t they also burn with passion? don’t they also need companionship? don’t they also need a man to lean on?

How will you feel if your deceased GOs wife comes with a new husband and starts preaching everywhere with him? Will it sit well? different ? but it’s okay for guys?

Bishop Mrs Margaret Idahosa, a very beautiful woman, lost her husband in 1999. She was 55 and remained remarried until now. She clocked 80 last year. If it was the other way round will it be the same.

Pastor Evelyn Joshua, pretty wife of Prophet TBJ , lost her husband in 2021. She was 53 yrs. She hasn’t remarried. Will it be same if it was the other way round.

Mama Idahosa once said in 2013 that men still disturb her at age 70. So it is not for want of suitors that they don’t remarry . These are powerful beautiful and wealthy women and can attract the best of men just like their male counterparts . So why is it difficult?

Expectations and Pressure: There are often high expectations placed on pastors’ families, including their wives. The congregation may view them as role models, expecting them to embody certain virtues and maintain a strong Christian witness. Remarrying might be seen as a departure from these expectations.

Social Perception: Pastors’ wives are often well-known figures in their congregations. Remarrying could lead to scrutiny, gossip, or judgment from others. Fear of how their community will perceive their decision may influence their choice.

What does the bible say?

1 Corinthians 7:39
39 A wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord.

Romans 7:2

2 For a married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the law of marriage.

Abigail, whose husband died, but shortly afterwards David married her too (1 Sam Ch. 25)(2 Sam 2:2).

In summary, the society and the church need to be kinder and fairer to widowed pastors’ wives. They are humans like their male counterparts and deserve acceptance and love if they chose to remarry like the men. I believe the women because of their emotional fragility even need the companionship more than the men. We are all children of God and the bible allows widowed men and women to remarry.

Religion / Why Do Some Great Pastors Die Young Despite Healing Many by Daejumong(m): 4:32am On Mar 17
It is a great irony to see great clergymen who had an illustrious ministry laden with unbelievable miracles, healings and testimonies die in their prime!
What could be the cause? Did they fall into secret sin? Did they backslide? Did they have dark secrets ? or were they taken to glory early to prevent them from falling into sin and eventual eternal perdition.
Could it be they got so busy with the flock and forgot to take care of themselves.
Look at the great Benson Idahosa, the father of Pentecostalism in Nigeria, he died in his office likely from a cardiac arrest. He was in his late fifties.

TB Joshua, arguably the most talked about clergy in the world, died after alleged health battles which ultimately culminated in his death. He was in his late fifties.

Dare Adeboye, son of the Baba Adeboye died in his sleep likely from a cardiac arrest. He was in his forties.

What are the likely causes so we all learn especially the pastors among us

Stress and Demands of Ministry:
Pastoral roles come with immense stress, including emotional burdens, long working hours, and high expectations.
The pressure to shepherd a congregation, provide spiritual guidance, and manage church affairs can take a toll on pastors’ health.

Lifestyle Choices:
Unhealthy habits, such as lack of exercise, poor diet, and inadequate sleep, contribute to health issues.
Some pastors may neglect self-care while prioritizing their congregations.

Mental Health Challenges:
Depression, anxiety, and burnout affect pastors.
The weight of pastoral responsibilities can exacerbate mental health conditions.
Isolation and Loneliness:
Despite being surrounded by people, pastors may experience isolation.
They often lack close confidants due to the pastoral role’s unique demands.

Spiritual Warfare and Attacks:
Pastors face spiritual battles and attacks.
The enemy seeks to undermine their faith, health, and well-being.

Suicide Risk:
Some pastors struggle silently with mental health issues.
The stigma around seeking help may prevent them from addressing their emotional pain.
Tragically, some pastors die by suicide.

In summary, the challenges pastors encounter—stress, lifestyle choices, mental health, isolation, and spiritual warfare—contribute to their vulnerability. It’s crucial to prioritize pastors’ well-being and support them in their vital role.

Religion / I Thought Driving On An Empty Tank Was A Miracle Until I Experienced It And ……. by Daejumong(m): 10:02pm On Mar 16
Was on a journey and noticed the fuel light came up on the highway. Was jittery as there was no fuel station around. I eventually drove like 40kms to the nearest station with so much fear and prayers.
Was it a miracle ? I asked a truck driver I met there and he smiled and said cars can still go for many kilometers after the fuel signal comes up.
Did some research and I found this
How many kilometers can you drive on an empty tank?
With some exceptions (Korean-made models, for example), most vehicles can go another approximately 90 to 130 kilometres before the engine sputters and dies, forcing the driver to walk all the way to the nearest gas station or call a roadside assistance service.
Knowledge is power because many people don’t know this including clerics who sometimes ascribe this to a supernatural force and power.

Religion / Why Did Pastor Adeboye Not Foresee The Painful Untimely Death Of The Wigwes by Daejumong(m): 1:14am On Mar 10
Many have wondered why the revered man of God didn’t see his spiritual son”s imminent untimely death .
The truth is sometimes God speaks through a junior prophet and will not reveal it to a senior prophet. He can speak through subordinates, strangers or unbelievers!
Sometimes He can even speak through a donkey, Numbers 22.
In the case of Herbert Wigwe, he spoke through his PA , Sola Faleye.
In Sola’s words, ‘ sir are you comfortable flying in a chopper at night?’
Herbert replied and said he trusts the navigation system in America.
Would Herbert have said the same thing if it was his spiritual father Pastor Adeboye that raised the concern, he would definitely have cancelled the flight .
God in this case spoke through the PA but Herbert just like many of us do not listen when it comes from the most unlikely of places.
We all will die but it is never the PERFECT will of God for us to die a gruesome untimely death.
Oh God please help us all to know when you are speaking to us especially when it’s coming from places we don’t expect.
Rest in peace Herbert, Doreen and Chizi.

Politics / Wigwe’s Implicit Trust In The Navigation System In America Sadly Failed Him by Daejumong(m): 3:09pm On Mar 09
According to his PA , Sola Faleye, just before the ill fated flight , he asked his boss if he wasn’t bothered about flying in a chopper at night and he responded by saying ‘ this is America and he trusts their navigation system’
What are the painful lessons to learn from this :
1) God can speak through anybody to you. Never be too eager to dismiss subtle warnings or advice from subordinates and people generally.
2) God sometimes will not speak to you through your esteemed spiritual fathers, pastors, GOs or imams but through the most unlikely of sources. Let’s be more discerning and never throw caution to the wind.
3) Don’t worship any man of God , they are mortals like you who have their own private challenges and battles and do not have the exclusive access or closeness to God. It’s unfortunate that despite his closeness to the some of the most celebrated GOs in this country, they never saw this coming .
4) Never put implicit trust in Man or any system. The much reputed and trusted American Navigation system unfortunately failed him. Only God can be trusted completed. He is the only infallible one.
5) The church in Nigeria needs revival and also more prayers for the birthing of real prophets who can foresee danger and warn brethren to prevent sad events like this. I know in some churches people are asked to sleep in church for days following a prophecy in church to prevent an impending accident or danger. We need revival in the area of genuine prophecy.
6) Vanity upon vanity, all is vanity. King Solomon with all his stupendous wealth, 1000 women and unmatched wisdom said this popular maxim in the later part of his life after tasting different quality pudenda probably with multiple orgies , had all money could buy and had the wisdom of the gods. He knew that when death comes , everything just doesn’t matter again.

Rest in peace Herbert, Chizoba and Chizi .
Religion / Pastor Adeboye Must Man Up And Publicly Rebuke Pastor Iluyomade by Daejumong(m): 9:48am On Mar 02
Paul openly rebuked Peter when he erred
Pastor Kumuyi suspended his biological son for 6 months when his wife flouted the marriage rules of the church in Jamaica
Pastor Adeboye in time past had to severely discipline Pastor Ituah because he remarried after his first marriage failed
I believe Pastor Adeboye as the most respected Christian leader in Nigeria if not the whole world should protect the sanctity of the church and be bold to publicly rebuke and discipline the Iluyomades.
Throwing a worldly party with a secular musician feting the pastor’s wife and the pastor grinning with worldly songs and flagrantly displaying it on social media not caring whose ox is gored is a slap to RCCG and all baba Adeboye has stood for in over 4 decades.
Baba Adeboye needs to publicly rebuke in love and give room for repentance and restitution.
This is not just for RCCG but the whole body of Christ who see baba as a spiritual father / grandfather.
Sports / Nwakali, Ndidi And Onyeka 3-man Midfield In A 5-3-2 Formation Is Our Best Bet. by Daejumong(m): 5:36am On Feb 18
A 3-man combo of Nwakali, Onyeka and Ndidi will dominate or at least compete favourably with any midfield in the world. They all have peculiarities which if well synced will make us very difficult to beat.
Nwakali: Supremely gifted, very technical player with very good long range accurate shots and passes. Extremely good with set pieces and can score well from outside the box like the screamer he scored against Athletico Madrid . Nobody in the eagles has his skill
set and he will be the most advanced of the midfielders since tackling and winning balls are not his major strengths
Ndidi: Good tackler, great ball winner , top leadership qualities, and has recently improved with his ball distribution and eye for goals. He is vastly experienced and will be the commander in chief in the middle of the pack.
Onyeka: Indispensable fighter and workaholic. Frank the tank should be the number one on any super eagles list. The guy is tireless and covers every blade of grass. He will be the least advanced and will provide adequate screen for the defenders.
These three guys will complement themselves well.
Iwobi can come in for Nwakali if he gets tired late in the game.
A 5-3-2 formation with this three man midfield can take us to the final of the World Cup and definitely win the next Afcon.

Sports / JPES Mistakes Cost Us The Final But His Contract Must Be Renewed. by Daejumong(m): 5:03am On Feb 18
Jose Peseiro did well with the team but he kind of goofed in the final .
- Ola Aina should have started on the left just like he did against SA .
He’s got a sweet left foot and is a better crosser of the ball than Sanusi who wasn’t fully fit and was kind of match rusty. This eventually hurt us as he was ball watching to allow Kessie score the equaliser. Also Sanusi never provided any precise cross to Osimhen and he was generally sloppy throughout the match.
- Bright Osayi should have started on the right. He is faster and more refreshed than Aina who was a little bit drained physically and emotionally in the final. He would have contained the gem of a boy called Adingra who punished Aina throughout the man and ultimately the country.
- Iheanacho should have started in place of Chukwueze. Snr man is an experienced player who would have been our Amuneke in the final. He nearly equalised when he came in.
- Osimhen wasn’t fully fit and Napoli reported he played the final with an intestinal virus. He should have been replaced by Moffi at 70 min.
- Onyedika and not Alhassan should have come in for Iwobi. Alhassan is still scarred from the mistake he made against SA and as a new player he naturally played safe against Ivory Coast
But all in all it was a good tournament and we must give the players and JPES their flowers
JPES must be retained and he must continue with his 3 -4- 3 formation slightly adjusted to a 5
-3-2 with A 3 man midfield of Nwakali, Ndidi and Onyeka behind Osimhen and Lookman
We will win the next Afcon and get to the final of the next World Cup.
Religion / If Jesus Is The Only Way Does It Means All Non Christians Will Burn In Hell? by Daejumong(m): 4:36am On Feb 18
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14: 6

I am a Christian and there was a time I thought all non Christians are headed to hell but I don’t subscribe to such anymore. Why ?
1) People that lived before Jesus came and didn’t have the chance to see him, are they all going to hell?
2) Jesus said Abraham is in heaven but he never knew Christ
3) Many people in Africa like our forefathers never had the chance to hear about Jesus for centuries after his death . Are they all going to hell?
4) The Jews who up till now don’t believe in Jesus but believe in Moses and Abraham who are presumably in heaven, are they are all going to hell?
5) Muslims who all believe in God and acknowledged Jesus as a special prophet , are they all going to hell?
6) Hindus, Buddhist and other religions who believe in a sovereign God and worship him in their own way, are they all going to hell?
7) Moses, David, Jacob , Elisha and Elijah who never met Jesus are they going to heaven or hell
cool Solomon with his thousand women who never saw Jesus also going to heaven or hell?
I think if we look at all critically, God is sovereign, loving and impartial. He created every human with no one more special or more privileged than another.
I think biblical accounts are documentations of Gods relationship with Israel and should not be seen to supersede Gods interactions with other people and countries.
Accounts in the Quran are documentations of Gods interactions with prophet Mohammed and the arabs.
Accounts by the yorubas also documents Gods interactions with the people .
So also other races and tribes have their accounts of Gods relationship including creation and salvation.
All in all, I think we all need to understand that God is one and created all and loves all equally. He speaks
to different people through different means and people. Let us learn to love and respect everybody for what they believe and practise as long as it places humanity first.
God bless us all.

Sports / Iwobi And Osimhen Must Up Their Game To Avoid A Bitter Loss To The Ivorians! by Daejumong(m): 11:27pm On Feb 09
Osimhen needs to rediscover his deadly form which won Napoli the title. He has uncharacteristically wasted too many chances, especially headers ,which is one his major strengths. This is not surprising though as his form has kind of dipped since Spalleti left Napoli and I think the contract issues also affected him mentally. He needs a psychologist to work on him before the final. We need his world class finishing in addition to his positive aggression which makes defenders panic. I also believe if after 75 mins, he is yet to score , Moffi should be called in as replacement.
Iwobi also needs to up his game in the middle of the pack. Angola and South Africa figured out he is the weak link in the team and all tried to play through the middle. His lack of industry has unfortunately overworked Frank the tank who has by miles been our best midfielder.
Iwobi needs to step up to what he was at Everton where he was more of a defensive midfielder. His replacement Alhassan just like Sani Keita at the World Cup 2010, is a good player but seem to have this momentary rush of blood when under pressure and make grave mistakes that hurts the team. He had no business kicking Percy Tau in the box. I won’t be playing him in the final because of the emotional scars from that mistake. I will rather replace Iwobi with Onyedika if he fails to sparkle.
A midfield of Kessie, Seri and Fofana is on paper very strong . It will be a tough match.
I have a strong feeling that Snr Man will do an ‘Amuneke’ in this final and give us the victory!
Sports / Why Zaidu Sanusi Will Always Start! Snr Man And Moffi Will Not See Minutes ! by Daejumong(m): 9:47am On Feb 03
Zaidu Sanusi , the most vilified player in the team for his poor decision making in the final third, his poor crosses and poor abilities with giving the final ball has been heavily criticised by everyone! This is not without merit as he has been shambolic in the final third . So why does the gaffer keep starting him?
- He is a decent and unyielding defender who plays religiously to instructions
- He is very experienced and helps Calvin Bassey in the left side of defence where they have formed a strong bond and partnership
- He is a regular for Porto in Portugal and has many years of UEFA champions league experience. Remember our coach is Portuguese and he must have been seeing him week in week out
- He speaks Portuguese fluently and can better understand the coach and transfer his ideas to the other defenders
- No coach changes a winning team especially the defence hence Zaidu will always play
- His mistakes are upfront and not at the back so the coach will believe he can work on it with some pep talk.
- He was injured for a while before the tourney and I think he is not yet in top form and that’s why the coach is cutting him some slack
- Lastly he is a very diligent and committed player who gives his all in training and a nice guy with good relationship with the other players . Coaches love players like that

Snr man Kels and Moffi will unfortunately not see minutes in this tournament if Nigeria goes all the way to win.
The 3-4-3 formation will not allow for these supremely talented players because defending is not their strength unlike Moses Simon and Lukman. JPES is doing a Mourinho here in Afcon and will sacrifice anybody he feels cannot fit into his desire for ‘all attack and all defend.
Kudos must go to the players , they have worked their socks off and I pray there are no injuries.
I believe if they continue like this, we will win afcon and get to the final of the World Cup in 2026.

Sports / How Nigeria Humbled Cameroon And Why They Are Favourites For The Title. by Daejumong(m): 5:57am On Jan 28
Defensive masterclass , tactical awareness , unity of purpose and the ‘ no gree for anybody ‘ mentality gave us the victory today and I believe if we continue like this with some improvements , we will emerge champions.
I now understand why Simon and Lukman will always start ahead of technically superior players like Chukwueze and Iheanacho. Those boys can defend for Africa. They defended more than attacking. They worked their socks off for the team. Same for Osimhen and every other player.
Going forward, I will advise Zaidu is dropped to the bench and Bassey plays left wing back because of his better ball crossing and technical abilities and Omeruo starts in the three man back line.
I also pray Nwabali recovers because he is just a special goalkeeper.
Angola will be tough but I believe we will win.
I believe with a little bit of luck we can go all the way to win the title.
Sports / How Nigeria Can Beat Cameroon, Alhassan And Snr Man Must Start by Daejumong(m): 2:04am On Jan 26
Kelechi Iheanacho must replace Chukwueze in the starting line up. He is a more clinical finisher, more experienced , very good with free kicks and shots from long distances. He also has great passes and has a more business like approach . These are qualities we need in the final third that will relieve pressure on Osimhen and make us score loads of goals.
Alhassan for Iwobi.
Alhassan has stronger defensive abilities and decent attacking abilities. A 2 man pivot with Frank the tank is our best bet to tame the lions in midfield. Iwobi has been below par thus far.
My preferred line up
Nwabali

Ekong Omeruo Ajayi

Aina Alhassan Onyeka Bassey

Iheanacho Osimhen Lukmon

This team can win the Afcon

Health / President Tinubu, Reduce JAPA Among Our Nurses Now Before We Plunge Into Crisis. by Daejumong(m): 1:40am On Jan 26
Train graduate nurses and those with RN/midwifery with a 1yr paid compulsory training and 1yr paid internship to become Nurse practitioners as obtains in the US and Australia.
Combined 2 years of compulsory training and internship will adequately prepare the nurse to become a Nurse practitioner and should be paid 350k monthly after tax during this period of training and internship.
A full fledged Nurse practitioner who will work largely in areas of need where there are no doctors should earn 1m a month after tax.
They will be the engine room of our primary health care with adequate supervision by consultant GPs.
These nurse practitioners will have a supervising doctor – a consultant GP/family physician who will review cases virtually on a daily basis.
The least paid nurse must not earn less than 500k a month after tax
Health / How To Reduce JAPA Among Doctors, Nurses And Health Professionals by Daejumong(m): 5:34am On Jan 21
Stemming the tide of brain drain in the health care sector in Nigeria

1] Make residency training compulsory and readily available for all newly graduated doctors.
- Immediately doctors are graduating, hospitals for house job and residency training should be allocated to all doctors.
NYSC to be scrapped for doctors
Most doctors to be encouraged to do residency in family medicine (GP training) and it should last 3-4 yrs like it obtains in the UK and US
All doctors in Nigeria practicing clinical medicine will be specialists just like in the US.
This will ultimately improve healthcare and make young doctors fulfilled and happy.
Doctors will be allowed to migrate immediately they are done with specialist training. They would have served the country in their 3 to 4yrs residency training while being paid .Many will stay and those that travel will earn more money abroad as specialists and compensate for apparently lost time while training.
All state general hospitals and FMC to be upgraded to GP training institutions.
Increase the salaries of consultants to 2m/month , SR 1.5M and Registrar 1M after tax.
House officers 600k
2) Build a federal 100 bed hospital with radiology and laboratory facilities in each of the local governments in Nigeria and run it on a PP plan . This can be completed with 1m USD each. Let it be handed over to trusted players in the private sector like Clinix, Mecure, Lagoon , St Nicholas and Evercare to run it.
Approx 800 local govts in Nigeria comes down to 800 million USD . This can be sourced from the world bank and will deliver proper primary health care to the people. They can also serve as GP training centres.
3) Equip universities to triple their intake of medical students. Make them priority in acquiring student loans. Reduce subsidy on medical training and spend the money on building and improving training facilities, significantly increasing the pay of medical teachers, improving the facilities at the teaching hospitals
4) Train graduate nurses and those with RN/midwifery with a 1yr paid compulsory training and 1yr paid internship to become Nurse practitioners as obtains in the US and Australia.
Combined 2 years of compulsory training and internship will adequately prepare the nurse to become a Nurse practitioner and should be paid 350k monthly after tax during this period of training and internship.

5) The least paid nurse must not earn less than 500k a month after tax

6) Pharmacists should also be well compensated. All pharmacists should have an extra additional year of clinical training to make it 6yrs of training and ensure all pharmacists have Pharm D- doctor of pharmacy.
Pharmacy interns should earn 600k after tax
Post intern pharmacists should earn 1m a month after tax
7) Radiographers/ Physiotherapists should earn 500k during internship and 800K post internship
cool Other paramedics should all be well compensated
9) Health care workers in the private sector must be well compensated by their employers and government must be ready to support employers in paying workers.
10) Encourage health workers in the diaspora to invest back in their alma maters by encouraging vice chancellors to organize regular virtual meetings and involve them in donating to the facility.
11) Attach every federal hospital major ward like medical, surgical or gynae wards to a billionaire in Nigeria / abroad who ensures that the hospital ward is well taken care of and equipped and ward is named after the person.
12) Religious organizations and groups , companies and businesses can also be involved in hospital ward building
13) Same thing should be done to all state general hospitals and primary health centres
14) Introduction of telemedicine with our esteemed health workers in the diaspora who are ready to give back to patients at home free of charge by virtual consultation . Radiologists could help with reporting of backlog of cases and clinicians could do online consultations and treatment.
If we can implement all these , I believe we will reduce the brain drain, have a brain gain and have a strong health care system with a healthy and strong population.
