My ideal line up based on the 23-man list

Going for a 2-man defensive midfield pivot to protect the tiring legs of Ekong. Retaining Aina in left back because he is strong with his left leg defensively and offensively . I believe this line up should be able to steal a victory in South Africa!

Having a joint account makes both partners more responsible with their spendings and reduces the chances of falling into wanton adultery. It is a win win situation.

When couples are united on all fronts,they do better and win battles better!

A lot of African men find it difficult doing this but I believe that is the right thing to do. God’s ideal is that we become one after getting married.

My thoughts
- This is a beautiful story of commitment,perseverance and doggedness! His wife believed in him when he was at his lowest and the man also ensured he didn’t betray her sacrifice and unwavering love.

- Evangelist Omolehin was already an evangelist before he got married. He has remained an Evangelist for 50yrs ministering Christ all over the world. The wife was likely convinced by his love for Jesus and decided to stay put with him .

- Money is good but doesn’t guarantee a good wife! Develop good values, love God genuinely and show your woman sacrificial love like Jesus did and you would have the heart of your woman completely! Omolehin’s woman never left him even when she had the chance to go with richer guys.

Being a celebrity doesn’t make u to be above the law. Pastors must enforce church laws fairly across board! Nobody Must be above church rules.

The prayer altar must be respected. Only the priests are allowed there.

As men of God, let us be careful so that we don’t lose guard spiritually when fame, wealth and power comes!

Pastor Adeboye in the 90’s
‘People blessed me with expensive cars but I wasn’t comfortable driving them. God told me not to block their blessings by not driving them. So I drove them for a while and sold them. I put the money back into the church. When people give me expensive clothes, I share it with my pastors!’

My thoughts
-Words and actions like this made me love and respect Pst Adeboye. I used to speak and pray like him. I even bought my tambourine then just to be like him. He and Pastor Kumuyi were my role models as a young Christian. I listened to them voraciously, read their books and attended their programs and I must confess they both contributed immensely to the man I have become today. I pray God would continue to increase them all round!
- I am so happy that I can give out some of these things to people all over the world. I get inbox messages from all over the world especially from ministers about the positive impact I am having on them. I also thank Facebook and sister Christian groups as well as Nairaland for the opportunity to reach the world with the message of Christ from the comfort of my room! We will all make heaven IJN!

Pastor Adeboye collapsed and almost died!!!!He had to be airlifted to the camp!

“Pastor Adeboye said: “Seven years ago, during this same program, my body broke down completely due to the terrible road conditions. For the first time in my life, I spent Christmas Day in bed. The devil was certain he had finally got me. I collapsed in Ilesha, and to bring me back to the camp, we had to charter a helicopter. I was too weak to travel by road—if I had, I would not have made it.
By God’s grace, I managed to reach the camp. I had an assurance that if only I could get to the camp, I would recover. Seven years later, I am still here! I want you to thank God for sparing my life. Please, praise Him for me—give Him glory, honor, and adoration!”

Pastors Kumuyi, Adeboye, Gbile Akanni and Ayo Babalola are greater than Moses,Elijah,Elisha,Isaiah and other icons in the Old Testament!

If u examine the lives of the prophets in the Old Testament, did they really live a holy life? Were they sanctified? Did they really kill their flesh and die to self?

Jesus said every born again Christian is greater than John the Baptist, Elijah,Elisha,Moses and other prophets in the Old Testament!

Matthew 11
11 Truly I tell you, among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet whoever is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he

Why John the Baptist was the greatest of his time:
-He was a great prophet who prepared the way for the Messiah(Christ).
-He was predicted in the Old Testament and stood closest to the Messiah(Jesus).

Why the least in the Kingdom is greater than John:

-New Covenant Privileges
Believers in the Kingdom are "born again" and have received the Holy Spirit, an experience beyond John the Baptist's Old Testament era.

-Full Revelation of God's Plan:
They have seen the full work of Christ, including his crucifixion and resurrection, which John did not live to see.

-Born Again Status:
Through faith in Jesus, believers are declared righteous and become "Sons of God," a status that elevates them above even John, who was still considered "born of women".

Every born again,heaven conscious, child of God is Greater than the Prophets of Old by virtue of the privilege of accepting Christ and becoming transformed to Sons of God and not servants !

Almost every Nigerian Pastor believes that other churches are inferior to theirs.

Pastor Adeboye believes RCCG is the best and is special to God.He has publicly said it many times.

Pastor Kumuyi believes Deeper Life is the best and the only ones practising true holiness. Other churches where women wear trousers,make up and jewellery are looked down upon

Dr Olukoya also believes MFM is the best church.Same for other general overseers.

According to Pastor Tunde Bakare in his autobiography, Pst Adeboye placed a curse of death on him because he told him he wanted to leave RCCG to start his own ministry. He said Pst Adeboye vowed that if he didn’t die ,it wasn’t God that called him.

In the same book, when Pst Bakare left Deeper life for RCCG, Pst Kumuyi told Bakare he was jumping from frying pan into Fire!

Pastors believing their ministries are the best is not new. It happened in Bible days! Let us however learn from Jesus on how he handled unhealthy rivalry in the church.

Pastor Fatoyinbo vs the Late Apostle Babalola. “ He was super anointed but had no money”

Pastor Fatoyinbo admitted he was very sick 3 yrs ago which necessitated him being away from ministry for months as he was in the UK for treatment. The way he lost weight and his long stay coupled with his reluctance to share the details publicly likely suggest he had something close to a cancer scare! Thank God he is back on his feet doing the Lord’s work.

Moral of the Story
Let’s not despise any man of God because of lack of money, sickness or size of their ministry. Let us all remain humble!

Dear Rev Emmanuel Oshoffa(leader of Celestial Church of Christ), please start allowing women to enter and minister in the church during their menses!

Women are NOT slaves or inferior to men! They were created in God’s image just like men. Why isolate and enforce a law given by Moses due to the hardness of the heart of the Israelites to make female children of God feel spiritually dirty,unclean and unworthy during their natural menstrual period.

I understand this was a law promulgated by your dad who was very anointed but largely unlettered. I believe God allowed u to lead the church because of your extensive exposure and top notch education/training/working overseas so that you could adjust and abrogate some of these doctrines!

God looks at the heart of men and women and not their menses or seminal emissions!

Pastor Anita left Pastor Chris(her hubby of many years) despite his billions,power,influence,good looks and big ministry!

In her divorce proceedings in a London court against Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Anita Oyakhilome cited “Unreasonable Behaviour” and “ADULTERY” as grounds for the separation. These allegations included claims of inappropriate relationships with members of staff.

Pastor Chris responded during a communion service, strongly denying the adultery allegations. He emphasized his role as a “man of God” and dismissed the accusations as “frivolous charges”

Food for Thought:
-Anita left Pastor Chris and not the other way round. She left because she feels or probably knows that her husband, an influential pastor was sleeping with other women.
- She also left him because (according to her) Pastor Chris was behaving unreasonably ! This one is quite deep.What kind of behaviour could that be?

- Pastor Chris dismissed her accusations as frivolous and reassured the church that he is a man of God! It is however worthy of note that from Pastor Chris’ response,he still loved her and wanted the marriage to work! Some people say he still wears his wedding ring till date.

- Pastors Anita and Chris have remained SINGLE (officially)since their divorce in 2016! Anita now works as a counsellor and therapist in the UK focusing on emotional health and personal development! She is no longer affilliated with Christ Embassy!

Hakimi, Salah and Guirassy excelled in the French,English and German leagues respectively as well as in the Champions league unlike Victor Osimhen who scored loads of goals in a lowly rated retirement league against weak defenders and poor goalkeepers.

Pastors who joined Davido and Chioma together, did they do the right thing?

-Should pastors join a man with many baby mamas and a known fornicator/adulterer in holy matrimony with a woman with whom he had been having premarital s€x with and has had many kids with?

- Is it a case of what money can’t do does not exist? Do pastors have different rules for the rich and the poor? Is Bible doctrine only binding on poor people? Are the popular, famous and powerful people of the world above the laws of the church?

Pastor Adeboye soliciting for funds from his church members is not wrong. The mischief makers on social media failed to inform the public that the money is to help improve peoples’ welfare at the camp and make their stay more comfortable!

He stated that there has been a massive increase in the number of attendees which has stretched all their facilities. He also said giving them 2 free meals daily doesn’t come cheap.

My thoughts
- I salute the courage of Pst Adeboye for coming out to ask for help from the rich in the church to support the masses. That is very honourable of him despite knowing he may be misunderstood by people and even mocked by unbelievers on social media. He thought more of the people than himself.

- I am happy Pst Adeboye is not just concerned about the spiritual uplifting of the people but also their physical well being. Some critics have talked about the poor accommodation system with some videos circulating online showing people sleeping in a crowded hall with mattresses on the floor! I am happy he is planning to use the money raised to improve the quality of accommodation in the camp.

- Finally, I would encourage comfortable and rich members to key into this and generously support the church. This is the way the apostles and the early church took care of one another!

32 All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had.
34 that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales
