Hi, do you know the reason why it couldn’t be verified online?

Lagos is asking for 200k and I got for 120k from another state. That’s the reason why I want to get the TCC.
I never worked, so I don’t have PAYE records and apparently that doesn’t matter to them, I must make payment to get TCC and 200k is just too much for me.

tenderjunkie:
I think this will depend on the particular bank.

I was at a bank today where I submitted my form A application.

They demanded for the original copy of the TCC and asked a staff to go and verify it at the tax office since it couldn't be done online.

If that's the case for your bank, how will Ogun state verify Lagos state tax records?

Hi everyone, has anyone used TCC from another state to apply for form A and it got approved?

Ex: someone residing in lagos uses a TCC gotten from ogun state

I am looking for a very neat individual as it is a very tidy apartment and I plan to keep it that way.
Also, you get a room to yourself (not shared)
Kitchen, washroom, parlour and dining room (shared).

Parking space and storage room also available.

Okay, thank you

The person should inform his account officer that his account has been funded, they will need to approve at the branch where the applicant selected for the case to progress.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22: 5:26pm On Jan 03, 2023
The person has already topped up the account. I’m asking to know when it will likely be treated coz It’s been more than a week.
Will it go through the whole process again?

Bobomaigida:
You need to fund your account, what you have there is not enough to cover the fees. Reach out to the bank to know how much you need to add.

Hi Femi, if your passport wasn’t returned within 24-48hrs of submission then it will most likely get stamped. It’s just advisable to pay, so as to prevent it from being rejected.
But if you want to play it safe, you can pay and send the receipt to them via email (I don’t know how effective this is, it’s just a suggestion).

Femioye337:
Ohh shit... I didn’t pay the sms fee because I was told I didn’t need to do that since my biometrics was in Lagos and I’m also send to Lagos.

Please what can I do ??
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22: 11:20pm On Sep 11, 2022
Yes.

Femioye337:
Bro if one did his biometrics in Lagos and still wants to submit passport to Lagos, do you also have to pay for sms fee ??
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22: 11:01pm On Sep 11, 2022
Hi Sammy, you made a post earlier and I gave you a detailed response based on what you explained.
You’ve repeatedly asked the same questions and it can lead you to make mistakes.
If I’m right, you said you are in Abuja and that’s where you did your biometrics. Then why are you still adding transmission fee of 9410 as opposed to paying for only sms fee-990?
I knowingly edited that part before sharing with you what you needed to do.
Anyways I hope you’ve submitted your passport now?

sammyfrance23:
Good morning everyone
Please I need your help on this.
Because I’m confused
When I’m making payment for transmission fee
Can I pay via mobile bank app and then submit screenshots for prove of payment or i have to go to the bank?

And am I paying the sms fee to the same bank?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22: 4:49pm On Sep 09, 2022
Yes you can.

Also, the sms fee is 990
sammyfrance23:
Please can am I to fill the consent form with a pen ?

So 15m joint account, 13m fixed deposit, 10m pension (of which 25% is available once they are both out of job for 4 months or more) and landed properties is not okay?

What do you mean by “too perfect timeline” ?

It’s her timeline and she has posted it, take what you may out of it! She honestly doesn’t owe you anything else.

GoodofNaija:
This timeline looks too perfect to be easily believed.

You are a family of 3 with a 2 year old kid, and you are presenting a pension certificate of over 10 million naira.

You may need to provide more details about your timeline for it to be believable.

Hi, have you posted your timeline? I guess not.

This is a give and take platform, if you need answers you have to give some too!

Hello, nairaland family.

Please I have an urgent question, what's the average time for receiving stamped passport from Lagos office?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22: 10:15am On Sep 07, 2022
You can easily go to your bank and apply for MBS for the period you want, they’ll give you an A4 paper that has your ticket ID and password. Scan the paper and upload it through webform. It will surely get to Nairobi and your application will be updated.
Keep sending the webform until they acknowledge receipt of your document.

ollysaks:
In a situation, where one did not use MBS but rather applied using a stamped soft copy bank statement.
Please, what can I do to correct this error and send the MBS ?
Thank you
I sent my application a few weeks ago.

Hi, this isn’t necessary.
adeyinkaadetunj:
Try and change the date of your flight ticket by contacting the airline. Tell the the reason for doing that. They will definitely assist you on it.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22:
Yes, you can fill your arrive can tomorrow morning.

However I’ll advise you do it this evening so you don’t forget.

When you get your passport doesn’t have an effect on filling your arrive can online.

Arrive can (online) is valid from 72hrs up until the date of your entry into Canada, so you are good to go.

Do have a safe flight!

tolupe1:

please I need you help. Anyone that can help me would be appreciated.

So I am yet to collect my passport from VFS. I went there this morning but I was late(10:35am) but I was advised to come tmrw morning. The issue is that my flight is tmrw at 1:40pm.

My main problem is, can I still do the ArriveCAN registration tmrw morning after collecting my passport?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by daezy22: 4:59pm On Sep 06, 2022
I guess you compressed it and it became difficult for the V.O to read hence the illegible bank statement. For your next application, make use of MBS. It’s the safest way to submit a bank statement.
Goodluck in your next application!

Did you use MBS to submit both bank statements or you used a stamped soft copy bank statement?

rahmeekadigz:
This was the reason given.i submitted my dad's bank statement with 12m ,company account with 35m,my personal statement 1.5million..also submitted 3 landed properties of my dad. The last gcms note I got in June, it was written that the bank statement was illegible

Birth certificate, CV, your personal bank statement, bank reference letter, your employment letter.

Don’t be scared, your list looks great.

Goodluck to you!

When did you submit your application?

That’s alright, just include it in your instruction letter to the bank.

“kindly include this payment reference ID - xxxxxx

Add that line to your instruction letter.

Also when you fill in the details of your school, put this in bracket (reference ID - XXXXX), let it be added to the school name.

Kellapaw:
i saw your post about  flywire, please i hope you can help me
my question is flywire gave me a reference payment ID. that i need to input in my payment for them to be able to locate and track my payment, which means without it, they will have issues confirming my payment fast. the issue now is that i don't have a column for reference or remarks on my form a application form on the portal, please what can i do in this case? i am very confused and i need to apply fast because my deadline is in 7 weeks time

Hi there. For the lump sum, if you are certain that they are lump sums (inconsistent with the usual deposits into the account, then there’s need to explain it, so that the visa officer doesn’t assume the account was inflated solely for your application)

You can say some customers do pay into her account and she retains her profit and put back the cost price back into the business. This is just a thought, feel free to use your own words or explanation.

It is safer and preferable to use her personal account, you do not have any problem at all.

Dianaokafor:
Hello all,
I joined the thread ending July.
Please I need a reply
My mum is my sponsor and I will be submitting her company’s documents for my application but the SOA I will be using is her personal account which is also her business account but not registered as the company’s business account.
Is it okay to use or must it be a business account?
If i can I use it, do I need to explain the lump sum amount that her customers pay into the account?
**She doesn’t have a company account**.[please I need a reply]
