MTN, Airtel and all other networks spam messages from various short codes could be so annoying.

Most other applications that claim to stop this spam messages are observed to be too battery draining, example various antivirus and Vault application.

This simple procedure will use a simple, lightweight application to stop the spam messages.

1. Download and install “Hide It Pro” here.
2. It will install as Audio Manager (disguised but fully functional).
3. Open the installed application by long pressing on the “Audio Manager” wording in the application and set up your password or security pattern (whichever one you desire).
4. Select “Message” and when prompted, download and install the SMS and Call Blocker.
5. Once downloaded and installed, open the Audio Manager again and select the “Message” again.
6. Use the “+” sign by the top right and add all the annoying short codes that you know (one by one of course).
7. Uncheck the “Show secret SMS notification” and check the “Block incoming calls”.
Get peace of mind as it runs silently without draining your battery.

That's strange but if my guess is right, you didn't specify the right place to extract to.
Do this
On the left pane, ensure that the root of your memory card is shown and highlighted
Then on the right pane, locate where you downloaded the zip file to and open it
Then press and hold the folder inside and select copy.
Make sure the message is "copy to SD card?"

If still confusing use WinZip and extract to the same location you downloaded it. Just take note of the location

Xplorer is an android file manager, if you have another unzip application you can use but Xplorer does the job neatly for me.
It has a double pane view and you get that Windows feel on Android. If you don't have it check Playstore and download it.

My observations here especially from we ladies is that we just smile and say that he/she is just a child and move on to clean the mess.
I believe we should devise a way of seriously letting the child know that what he did is bad, personally I will tongue-lash the kid then involved her in cleaning up the mess.
