Yes you can. You can even be there by 6am. The appointment is done on first come basis not the time on your confirmation page

So sorry for all this. I think you should complain widely.
On facebook send messages
On the NIS portal send messages too
There are numbers and emails on the website- so call and email.
Also go to Servicom office with all your receipts of payments and acknowledgement slips. And complain. Ask to speak to the PCO.
Don't take no for an answer
I think the worst case is you may have to submit andcapture again etc. But I think if you make a big enough fuss, you should get some fast track treatment.

Also if you know the date you went there, they usually have a book where they enter the files or the submissions. That can help.
But I def go back there with all your documents, complain to Servicom and escalate to the pco.

Go ahead with your interview schedule. Even if your passport expires (in this case yours is not yet expired. Don't worry I'm aware of the 6-month validity), you will still be interviewed. Sounds strange right? I had a friend whose passport expired on a Sunday (immigrant visa class) and his interview was on the next day Monday. He had applied for a new passport and was tossed up and down by the Passport Office for 16 weeks. I advised him to call the Visa helpline. He called and was asked to come in for his interview with the expired passport.
To cut a long story short, his visa was approved and he was given a letter to submit his new passport whenever he gets it. It took about 6 weeks after his interview for his passport to be ready. He sent it to the embassy (UPS VI drop-off address) and his visa was issued.

He is in the USA now for about 5months.

So, if you have any concerns as regards to this, reach out to the US Visa helpline.

Which state is that? Honestly that is why I don't encourage DIY, Nigeria is not a country that is good with record, at least if you handed it over to an officer, he or she will be the one telling you what to do. The same thing I told my sister, not that we had money to waste but at Least to commit it to an officer within the premises...... Ask them what to do and follow their instruction

if i got your question right, YES you must have your medical at the embassy designated clinics and don’t worry they’ll give you the required shots, i was only asked if I’ve had chicken pox before, that will determine if they’ll give you chicken pox vaccine or not, did i answer your question?

the police report is valid for 1 year 4get about d 3 months on it .for the medical d two weeks is ok but is best u call the medical (hospital)and confirm hw long will it take for result to be out
