Everyone turn marriage counselor here, but those that can't manage relationship will come here to find fault in her.

I have realize What all woman need is God to give her the right man to always forgive her and forget; and what a man need is a woman that can be loyal to him even in his weakness of arrogance. If not, do all the doings, read all important relationship books, attend all seminars, it would only add to your knowledge but not to that of your spouse. what he/she knows is what they will do.A man who do not love a woman will only explore her and give up by little fault. And a woman who do not love her husband would never want to be submissive.

No offense, before you talk her or her husband down, check your self to know if you are worth to pass good judgement. Check myhttp://www.hkitnob.com and build ur broken piece of your life, relationship, family and news.... smile

CelebritiesBlackface Refers To 2baba Idibia As Illiterate by Dajugba(op): 4:59pm On Jan 31, 2017
While Blackface has been off fame and the celebrity platform for so long, he tries all to see that his voice could still be heard but probably not always speaking some thing his fans wants to hear, but always offensive and unpredictable.
So much controversy after 2baba planned nationwide protests against the President Mohammed Buhari, under the Apc political party. To which many and I think it calls for, but also I also saw in as his way into politics fully. But some has tagged him different names which some said: "He is been sponsored by anti Buhari's." Well it like Nigerians don't know what it takes to stand for what is right?
And due to the fact of the protests coming week on Feb 5, Blackface of the defunct Plantashun Boiz has called former bandmate 2baba an illiterate.
Blackface made the libel on 2baba when the latter showed support for a planned protest against the Federal Government on the 5th of February.
He wrote thus:
#NATIONWIDE #PROTESTS
LETS EDUCATE THE ILLITERATE AS HE LEADS THE PROTEST.
I read Tuface Idibia’s verbal tirade in Vanguard in which he said he will be leading a protest against Buhari on the 5th of February for among other things not paying salaries of civil servants.
I think he needs to be educated about the efforts of the Buhari administration: So far Buhari has released three bail out funds to the 36 states in Nigeria totalling over N1.5 trillion in the last 18 months.
Apart from this another trillion was released as Paris Club refund money to the 36 states. Buhari emphasized the need for the states to prioritize the payment of salaries of workers and pensions of pensioners as these states receive the money.
Unfortunately, instead of some states to use the funds to pay off civil servants and pensioners salary and pension arrears they chose to loot the funds. A governor of one of the South South states siphoned N3b of the funds using his mistress as a front and now the mistress has run away with the funds.
Tuface Idibia you can now see why Nigerians are suspicious of the motive and source of the funds for the protest you want to embark on. Why didn’t you lead a protest against these governors who mismanaged the Buhari bail out funds and the Paris Club refund money?
Why did you not protest against GEJ’s looting of N51 trillion naira and the Godswill Akpabio alleged looting of over N1 trillion naira from the Akwa Ibom state treasury for which he is being prosecuted by the EFCC?
Why didn’t you protest Akpabio’s alleged corrupting of a Supreme Court justice who is currently being tried for corrupt practices on the bench?
Is it because you are a corruption apologist? Is it because you are the agent of corruption fighting back?
Is it because you are part of desperate plot to poison the hearts and minds against a fantastically incorruptible President who fights the corrupt no matter whose ox is gored?
We your fans want to assure you that if you go ahead with this protest we will reevaluate our support for you and it may be downhill for you afterwards. Rethink your actions and reflect deeply.
Hmmmm.... more to come

FamilyWhy Most Beautiful Relationship Don't Last And Breaks Apart - Beloved Desmond by Dajugba(op):
6 Reasons Why Most Beautiful Relationship Don't Last And Breaks Apart - Beloved Desmond

There are so many reasons why most perfect relationship breaks apart more than those relationships that could even be much abusive to a lady, even if some men still Could be in a abusive relationship; but ladies suffers most being in such relationship than men. But could it be that that two perfect persons can't live as partners, wife and husband? Asking because many feels you cannot be too perfect to sustain a beautiful relationship.

Nevertheless this could be some of the reasons after I have done some research.

1. Everyone wants to be love, and knows someone care about them. That is so true! Because even angry men or ladies tries to find someone who can bring love to his/her world, and shower their heart with love and peace of mind. So due to the nature of such attitude they possess, even when they attract the right persons "Hanger problem, and Intolerable" would becomes why they will have to quit the relationship. Because none is willing to submit, and lay down pride. So this could be one reason why most beautiful relationships will break apart.

2. Not complimenting each other as partners. One of the fastest way that breakup relationships in the generation of our time that could also lead to flirting, is when one partner at the other end wants to be at the receiving point of all compliments and glory. And don't try to reciprocate what compliment they get from their partner. Even when it comes to say: Happy Birthday to someone they claim to care about, is like asking them to do a big task. That could be so... painful and most times such persons in such relationship begins to think if the fiancee/fiance thinks they are beautiful, or not so good to go along with them. And most ladies in such relationship begins to look for ( mammary glans, buttocks ) enlargement pills, close your eyes jor. I mean anything they could use to enlarge their shape in order to attract their man to enable him give them physical/outlooks compliment, so he doesn't go for sweet-16 that has all physical endowed asset.

Perhaps in example, Dajugba tell his partner jagugu88li, " you light my heart," because she doesn't and won't reciprocate, in avoiding constant shame of embarrassment to survive revolution in silence he tries to go for midabliss, that is if she would ever pick conversation with a long time friends on this platform.

So if such person like Dajugba don't get such flow of 4g speed connecting from any of the above names, he would rather adopt not using the term of words " You light my heart..." And so the use of such word dies off. Dajugba will neither expect them to say such, and it becomes difficulty to use such words for the one he sees as partner. It like trying to find water in Sahara desert. So he starts another ultimate search to find his reloaded package baby, or may start developing satisfaction in flirting with anyone that needs a soul mate, and when he definitely get one, that lady tells him your red lips makes me want to caress you. Hmmm hight way to cloud nine. what he probably haven't heard for long, so he forget is partner home. This could be another reason why most beautiful relationships will break apart.

3. One of the biggest reason why relationships do not work out in the long run is because at one point, one side (or both) stops trying. Before one claims another person as their significant other, they would do anything to make that person happy. They would chase, they would flirt, they would be charming. They would send daily morning and goodnight texts every time you wake up or go to sleep. They would write corny messages and pick up lines just to make sure that there is a smile upon your face. But once they claim you as theirs, all of those things eventually stop. The 5 page texts slowly turn into 1. The constant calls turn into not calling at all. And the lovely endearments turn into daily arguments. In order for a relationship to work, don’t ever stop chasing. Just because the person you want is now consider “yours”, it does not mean they deserve anything less than the time when you’re trying to win them over.

4. Another reasons Why most beautiful Relationship don't last and could beaks apart is when a dude is not financially buoyant, and he attempt to tour on dating adventure. Finally he get a lady who agrees to date him, along the journey he later realizes the babe who mange to say yes to is love proposer is as broke, or completely broke than he is. At first he may give reasons to the lady which she may condole for a while for not being a provider. But when need for high demand comes and he can't assist, she will likely leave the relationship. Or if she still cares for him, and still want to date him, there Is the tendency she will start cheating on him.

.5 Avoiding Each Others Need. In life everyone has need, So never attempt a relationship if you cannot meet to the need of your partner at one end point. And to those who only want to love because of enriching your self without reciprocating what was given to you, sorry you may always get you self knock down emotionally. Even if you are pretty or handsome. Some of this need may not be financial need like others, while others may be financial need. Some could be desire for companionship while some is a desire of ownership. Lik me I love to know someone cares where I don't need to ask google.com how to know if a lady cares, so I wants to see we both prosper. So if I intended to date is because I need someone I can help plan her life, while she shows same. Love is not greed! It means adding values to someone you care about. And to some ladies, stop doing What won't help you get the right man. I know everyone has someone who can see beyond their weakness. But don't buy for a man singlets if he bought you something as expensive as car, smart gadgets and more to say. You could astonish him and see what he desire and help him start. Such man won't dump you except he was not well trained. Real Source:

BusinessLubricant Section Of Total Oil Shuts Down By NUPENG by Dajugba(op): 5:00pm On Dec 30, 2016
Lubricant Section Of Total oil Shuts Down By NUPENG

The Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) on Friday shut down the lubricant section of French oil giant, Total over allegations of anti-labour practices.

The South-West Chairman of NUPENG, Alhaji Tokunbo Korodo, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that the clampdown was as a result of a threat by the management of Total to sack 70 workers for belonging to the union.

Korodo said that members of the union were deployed at the main entrance to Total’s blending plant to disrupt activities.

He alleged that the management of Total had engaged a contractor, named Jomoy Nig. Ltd., to employ casual worker for the lubricant section of Total at Kirikiri in Apapa, Lagos.

“Because of the inexperience of the management team of Jomoy, they are planning to sack over 70 workers of the company because they joined the union.
“The company has now directed all staff of the company to report at the office of Jomoy to collect cheques for December salary.

“The memo required them to bring along their staff ID cards and HMO ID cards.” Korodo said that the company was planning to withdraw the staff ID cards from the workers and then sack them.

He said that the union, therefore, resorted to shutting down activities at the blending plant in a bid to prevent sacking of workers. The unionist said that if the management of Total did not address the issues, the showdown might be extended to other product lines of the company.

BusinessRe: Successful Story Of The Owner Of Tecno Phones by Dajugba: 9:59pm On Dec 29, 2016
bestman09:
*Incredible Success Story of the Nigerian Man Behind Tecno Phone*

Nnamdi Ezeigbo is the founder and CEO of SLOT systems limited, and also the brain behind TECNO and INFINIX, the fastest selling phone brands in Nigeria. Many people are not even aware that these popular phone brands are the brainchild of a fellow Nigerian. His success story is a very remarkable one.

Nnamdi Ezeigbo studied Electrical Electronics Engineering at the Yaba College of Technology in 1988, and got a Higher National Diploma (HND), before serving his country, Nigeria, during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year at Guinness Nigeria PLC, in 1996.

After completing his youth service year, Nnamdi Ezeigbo tried to no avail to secure a job with a company in Nigeria. With no promising signs of any potential employment, he went on to work as an apprentice learning how to repair computers. After which he launched out on his own to repair computers for individuals.  Since he didn’t have any cash at the time, he had to squat with a friend of his at Ikeja, who owned a book store. His customer base grew, largely because of his honesty and the premium he placed on customer service.

The mutual trust and good relationship with his customers, was what gave him his first break in business.  One day, an old customer he knew from his days as an apprentice, came to his little shop to see him. He told him he would love him to continue fixing his computers, but would prefer he operated from a larger and more serene environment. To help him out, the customer brought some printers for Nnamdi to sell, from which he used the proceeds to setup a new shop for himself. He paid for the store at a then price of 180,000 Naira (He later bought that same store many years later for 100 million Naira).

From his new store, he began to sell computers. As his business grew, a lot of customers started to both demand for slot stores in areas close to their vicinities, and to ask if they sold mobile phones. With a keen eye to spot opportunity when it presents itself, Nnamdi Ezeigbo immediately expanded his business to also cover the sale of mobile phones.

With no real knowledge on how to manage a growing business, Nnamdi decided to enrol for an MBA program at the prestigious Lagos Business School. He also began to attend many workshops on entrepreneurship, and that helped to sharpen his business acumen and develop his legendary entrepreneurial prowess.

During this process, he and his team decided to take a 5 year route to build a strong reputation for their brand. By the time the projection had elapsed, the Slot brand name was the most reputable mobile phone retailer in the whole country.

The rise of telecommunication networks created many opportunities in the Nigerian market. Their poor services caused many Nigerians to purchase more than one mobile phone, so they could try a different network when the other was bad. Nnamdi realised this problem early on, and approached Nokia in a bid to convince them to manufacture dual sim phones for Nigerians, so they would carry only one mobile phone at a time instead of two. They refused to listen because, seeing people carry more of their phones meant more phone sales for them.

According to his interview with Nairametrics, Nnamdi said;

*“So I went to China and got a guy who had worked with a company called Bird then. Bird was into phones but they got choked and lost market share. I met with the guy and asked the guy to let us do something. I came with that name and I registered it here and brought the guy to Nigeria. And that was the high point of our business. We came together and I designed the first Tecno phone, Tecno T101. We started it but the market did not accept it and we also had problem with the dual SIM not working together and we had to make corrections and we came with Tecno 201 and that was a bit accepted by the market. But we were basically giving marketers on credit to sell the phones and then pay us later. And I was funding it all alone.”*

*“Since I was funding it alone, we were finding it difficult to get the right quantity to sell until the market started accepting us. What I now did was to make them pay in advance, I mean the dealers. So we started using their money to order the products.  This was around 2007. The introduction of Tecno brand was the turning point of our business.”*

*“Like I said, Tecno is my baby and we kept improving. I knew a day would come when the middle class would accept Tecno. Initially, it was a phone for low income people but based on improvement and upping our game, the middle class had to accept it and when the economy went down in 2008 that helped Tecno to move to the top. Since purchasing power had dropped, they had to go for something that have same capabilities but cheaper. So with N15,000, you could buy a Smartphone and thank God for 3G network. The advent of 3G network actually helped Tecno to move up. So students who could not afford to buy phones in the range of N30,000 could buy one for N15,000 and enjoy features of Smartphone like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and so on.”*

Today, Nnamdi Ezeigbo is a phenomenal success story in Nigeria and indeed Africa. From a humble repair man, he has built a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR company and one of the most recognizable brand in Nigeria.

There are many lessons in this story.

Pay attention to your business no matter how small it is today, it can be the seed of a global company tomorrow.

Integrity in business is extremely important, it will open doors for you, and speak for you, even when you are not present.

When you see opportunities, grab it and run with it. Nokia refused Nnamdi’s idea, Nokia was mighty and Nnamdi was nobody, but today because Nnamdi believed in his idea and grabbed the opportunity, Tecno is everywhere, and Nokia is dead. How are the mighty fallen? Run with your idea, and this too will be your story.

Keep improving your products and services every day. Nnamdi kept improving Tecno steadily until it became an accepted brand in Nigeria.

Most importantly, the greatest investment you will make is an investment in yourself. As a business man, if you can afford a business school, enroll.

Don’t waste your time crying over the economy of the nation, there is nothing you can do about it, but there is a lot you can do about yourself. God bless
Nice one sir.
