The receptionist, the manager of that hotel and the security men are all accompany to the murder of this lady.

Why do I say so?

This is because the security man is aware of anyone who comes into the hotel. He/she may not know the names but should see when anyone comes in and out. We believe they should carry out vehicle check before entering an hotel and when also going out.

How the manager contributed to the death from analysing the situations from the news. Why were the receptionist not aware of the room before, and he has been working there? Didn't they booked before having access to the room? Who booked them to gain the hotel room access?

Does this sound real that a receptionist don't know the number of rooms in an hotel. And he don't know the room was booked, then the manager is aware. Why was the body locked inside the room is because they tend to dispose it at wee hour.

This case is strong, I just hope the family have funds to purchase this case and give the corps Justice.

Sanctions doesn't take immediate effect. However, in the next 6 months to come, it effect would begin to destabilize their economy.

THE 'DO IT YOURSELF' SYNDROME

It is important to write this because of the questions arising from my previous posts where I treated the 'differences between enterprise and limited liability company.

You see there are some things you can do on your own but registering your business yourself is not one of them unless, you have a guide seated right beside you else you will loose a lot of time and resources trying to do it yourself.

Many a time, people have approached me with their business registration because they got stuck on the way.

Some of the reasons being as a result of series of query upon query resulting from the fact that some are registering a business only registrable under a company as an enterprise.

Some also as a result of wrong filling of information and inability to couch their nature of business properly.

Do you know there are certain type or category of business that can never be registered under ordinary business name(enterprise)? The businesses that fall under this category can only be registered as a company with a particular share capital threshold.

Recently, someone sent me a message complaining bitterly how her application has been hanging for over three months. She has been trying to register a travel and tour business under ordinary enterprise. This is a kind of business that can only be registered as a company with a minimum of 30 million share capital.

If not that she reached out to me, all the registration fees she paid would have been a waste but she had to spend almost same amount with what she has spent so far to get this sorted out.

Now listen, it is not all business that are registrable under a business name, some can only be possible as a company with a particular minimum share capital.

For instance, no financial related business can be registered under a business name. A commercial bank with regional reach/scope can only be registered as a company with a minimum share capital of 10 billion. The one with national spread is 25 billion share capital while the one with international authorization is 50 billion share capital.

As simple as a POS business looks, it can't be registerd as an enterprise. Someone in my contact is stuck on this presently.

For freight forwarding company, it is a minimum of N5,000,000 share capital while a shipping company requires a minimum of N25,000,000minimum share capital.

Business registration is beyond what you think. It is not one of those digital skills you just Google online or go to YouTube to watch how to do. You may end up wasting money upon money.

Apart from the issue of knowing what type of business that can be registered as ordinary business name and/or company, there are other reasons you don't have to do it yourself. You will need a professional to really capture what your business does in the nature of business. You will need an expert to avoid the issue of double billing or double payment of registration fee.

Opinion: Why is Russia Invading Ukraine?

It all started 73 years ago in 1949, after World War II

Europe was tired from the war, broke & in shambles. They needed money to rebuild their Industry & buy food.

So they went to the US for help.

The US offered to help, and in return - Europe & the US had to Cooperate in certain areas.

The Russians rejected that help & the US didn’t like it. This is one of the origins of their quarrels and enmity.

…by now, the US had seen how a war in Europe could affect them in their own country (I mean, they had just finished the second world war)...

…and the USSR was getting stronger with the vibes of a rogue nation… America was worried… Western Europe was worried.

Nobody wanted another Germany.

…America knew that to protect themselves from getting bullied by the USSR, Western Europe (Russia’s neighbors) would get into an agreement with Russia.

So they went to Europe, and offered more help - in return they had to sign a treaty. We help protect you against the USSR, and if any of us gets attacked - EVERYONE comes together to fight.

This was how NATO was formed. Which means, NATO was originally formed as a gang up against RUSSIA.

More countries were pulled into NATO. They became larger. The power of the USSR was diluted.

Now… this is background.

Enter the Russia & Ukraine crisis.

They both share a border to the East, like Ghana and Nigeria. Close neighbors (since Ukraine broke out from USSR)

Now, here is the issue:

If Ukraine joins NATO, Russia will become even more weakened… because if Ukraine is part of NATO… usually, NATO sets up Military bases in their member country for military drills.

The issue is - if this NATO base is near Russia, it is too close. This drill places is just a cover up for what it actually is - a place from where an attack can be launched in case of a war with Russia.

Which means in a case of an invasion, NATO will just stroll into Russia from Ukraine. Easy peasy.

Not just this, they can fire missiles easily from these bases as easy as using a catapult to fire stones into the house of your next door neighbors' house.

To Russia, Ukraine is a loopholes... and it’d be a gang up if they join NATO, because now Ukraine can do anyhow & if you fight one NATO state, they will all come for you. So Russia will be perfectly surrounded.

Russia does not like that NATO is coming too close to their borders & has asked NATO to stop coming EASTward.

….but you may ask…Ukraine is a sovereign country, why can’t they do what they want? one - there was an agreement, before USSR disbanded; that Ukraine will NEVER join NATO.

Two, think of it this way:

Imagine that you live in a calm neighborhood.

One day some rough looking men move into the next apartment.

They have eyes on your daughters.

They look like one day they will make passes on your daughter.

And not just this, they have CRAZY parties with other rough looking people. You feel threatened.

It is their Flat, but you won’t want them there.

…and if you have the means, you will chase them out and take over the flat.

The rough guys are NATO, the flat is Ukraine & Russia is determined to move in FIRST.

Because if the rough guys (NATO) brings Ukraine into their gang - now Russia can do NOTHING because Article 5. If one is attacked, all must come to their aid. So make a BIG MOVE so Ukraine does not join NATO.

So why does Ukraine want to join NATO - one is America’s influence (na them dey push them because it benefits them), two is - Russia took a portion of Ukraine’s territory; it makes sense that naturally they’d want to gang up.

This is why Russia doesn’t want Ukraine to be part of NATO…Lativia is a NATO state and a neighbor to Russia - and the US have just landed there less than 24 hours after the Ukraine assault started. Easily.

Imagine being surrounded like this, with no possible way to maneuver. It freaks Russia out. Ukraine is a passage to the Black Sea - the sea borders Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania which are all NATO members.

If Russia holds Ukraine they can easily control the Black Sea, if they lose Ukraine - they stand no chance when NATO forces hit from the Black Sea.

Ukraine is important?

My guess is that Putin wants to do one of two things:

1. Either take over the ENTIRE Ukraine.
2. Or support the rebels & break Ukraine up (By the way - if a nation has territorial dispute they cannot be allowed into NATO - supporting the Rebels means Ukraine has Territorial dispute)

Based on this, what do you think is the solution for this Crisis. I think it is Obvious.

Arresting his fellow Citizens won't change the sanctions over Russia. The poor would have to suffer the consequence of the president decision in now and the future. After the invading of Ukraine comes to end, we should expect the action of a poor decision fall on them like plague.

Can the NATO action be prompt to save Ukraine, because that is all I care to know about. I like the sanctions coming from NATO and it allies. But Russia has to get a taste of what they have done to Ukraine.

Very complicated. If you get a very good lawyer many of the actions of the woman can be reversed. Sale of property where the seller has no legal right is void and/or voidable.

That a person is mentioned as NOK does not give the person the legal right over the deceased estate. Check if your dad had a will. If he had the content subsists. If he died intestate other rules apply which will grant you and all your siblings right over his properties.

For the pension, get in touch with the paying authority and they will tell you the necessary papers to file so that his one-off payment will be made to you. The same applies to his bank balances.

For the documents in her possession, if she refuses to surrender them, get a lawyer to initiate an action so that the court will compel her to surrender them.

You can however get a lawyer and see which loopholes she can use to circumnavigate or twist the law to your favour, but don't hold your breath.

As you can see, the "she" above is in bold. Kindly get a female lawyer because once a male lawyer senses her gold digging instincts he'll be drawn to her and outwit you off your father's property just to please her.

Try getting a letter of administration from a high court…this is what banks use to release funds of a deceased...not necessarily to the next of kin…

We are careful! She is on the run because she and my sister had heated agreement and my sister told her she would arrest her with Army.
