What can someone do to receive update on EU rom after the 10.3.5, I mean something like changing of region. Any tweak to that?

the latest for EU rom is what you just got 10.3.5

Yea, still on 10.3.6 Nigeria region and this one just popped up.

i think those on 10.3.6
the update was merged into one
considering the update size

i am on 10.3.9,and the size is just 272mb
but higher for those on 10.3.6

and the changelog for those on 10.3.6 includes the changlog already solved in 10.3.9

RN7 users in the house(especially those on global rom),
sequel to the previous GLOBAL ROM update 10.3.9 everyone got through 'change of region to morocco'.

I was shocked sad

on getting a new notification just now of another update
10.3.10(PFGMIXM) cool

Note: my region is set to nigeria, after the 10.3.9 update.

So guys brace up to update again grin

Kindly check the attached screenshot for changelog and update size

Go to settings
Search for auto answer,and see if it has not been toggled on by mistake.

If you're using Xiaomi products and you're not on this thread, mehn you're on a long thing ooooo. Imagine I just read somewhere here that changing region to morroco would force an update. I did and it popped immediately. Mehn, this thread is underrated!

i didn't receive it but i had a way around it

RN7 users that cant wait for the 10.3.9 update(global rom) notification,read...(saw the walk around on mi comm,and it worked)

change your region to 'Morocco',the update will popup,update, and return back to nigeria when you are done.

my experience:
i didn't receive the update normally too, after i read about changing region,i just tried it out and to my surprise the update poped up after i changed region to morocco, so to test well,i changed back to nigeria,and the update disappeared again....so i changed back to morocco, updated, and set my region back to nigeria. grin

Thanks for your reply. I just checked the thread you referred me to and all I could do was hit my head on the wall a couple of times. I mean, I wish I knew about this thread the whole time, everything would have been easier, I would've gotten my phone by now and the most annoying is that I wouldn't have paid 10k extra, which I did today, for the same phone being sold here. I'm just biting my lips over here. It's water under the bridge though. I just hope to get the parcel within the week like the said.

i think it depends on custom evaluation of the item,some have paid as high as 12k or more and as low as nothing

its better you buy from xiaomi partner stores here in nigeria(slot,pointek,jumia,raya) or order from/through xiaomi dealers here

note: the update is for global rom(PFGMIXM) ooo

despite the poor network, this is my SOT and last charge details
all on above medium usage,except for when i was asleep.....average SOT on RN7 should be 8 to 10hrs (or more on light usage)
