I Sent the 4th paid mail this morning but a decision is not yet made

Has a decision been made on your application yet? If it has I’ll say just wait for a bit more and if it hasn’t and you still want to withdraw you have to go to the TLS office where you submitted to make the application, I’ll also say contact them directly too via email or phone call telling them you want to withdraw your passport. This has taught me a huge lesson to always pick the keep my passport option.
Even prophetess is tired

Please house. what’s the quick way to get my passport back. Today makes it 54 business days of waiting. I will like to withdraw my passport. Please help me How can I go about it

41 WD here as well. It seems they are trying 2 delay sending Emails because they are trying 2 slow down the spread of Omicron and also limit pple from flooding in this Christmas. They will likely start sending mails from next week or after the New Year.

children up to 10years need health vaccination card only adults are required to submit yellow card

I want to apply for visit visa for my 2 kids aged 2 years and 4 months respectively. Do they need yellow fever card as requirement as I’m told is compulsory to also submit. Also does an adult need the yellow fever card for submission

can i just book and make a reservation with an hotel directly from their website ( NOT BOOKING.COM ) i called most hotels and 5 of them doesn't accept any prepayment you book with them and on day of arrival you pay over the counter in person

can i use such hotel for my family visa application or does south African embassy require you to pay upfront for d hotel and not just making reservation

my family has been to SA twice in the past

i am having problem in paying for a booking appointment on VFS global it keeps saying payment failed and i have to wait for 24 hours after each payment failed. moreover when filling the courier service home address it doesn't bring out list of states, the VFA global website is very frustrating , the earliest date you can get for an appointment is November ending

write a consent letter signed and certified as the father. 2. attached proof of accommodation ( certified ) . You don't need hotel reservations

Yes sure she has been to SA last year and i hold a 3 years voluntary visa so they said i didnt add my SA utility bill because i am her sponsor also my son they said i didn't add certified father's consent. .. i didnt add utility last year when she got her visa .. she will resubmit along with my son nextweek

In the spirit of giving back.......

I applied for my visiting Visa Jan 22nd and got a pick up notification on the 31st of Jan.....picked up but it was a Visa denial.....
Been to SA about three times so was shocked.... because the reason for the denial was just that my hotel could not confirm reservation....

It was very flamsy" then i thought maybe they were just angry that i was given my 4th Visa to SA last year"2019 Oct" and couldn't make the trip, because by the time my daughters Visa came out mine had expired....

To cut the long story short....i reapplied last week thursday and i got a notification for pick up 4 working days after(on wednesday)got my passport yesterday (thursday) and my Visa was there.

my wife and son were denied tourist visa today but this would be her second time visiting , i hold a 3years voluntary visa

the reasons for denial was

Unverifiable Father's consent Letter
- No Utility Bills / Proof of accommodation for spouse in RSA

here are my questions

When reapplying do i submit all documents all over again such as application ,bank statement ,sponsor letter, wife employment letter etc Or do i just write a letter only indicating our visa denial issue
- Do i need to certify the Father's consent Letter
-Do i need to certify the utility bills?

i have paid for a 10days hotel for them i do not know why utility bill is required

you will have to book an appointment and i think it is always two or three times a week so you can choose a preferable day

i dont think you will need your land or house documents because mine was rejected on monday but you can go with it just incase

1. Dully filled form with passport
2. Copy of data pages
3. Statement of account with balance over 2m but will probably drop to 1.8 because am a Business man during submission with embassy.
4. Certificate of incorporation of my business
5. Tax clearance
3. Self introduced letter on my company letter head
7. Letter of sponsor for my wife and kid on letter head.
8. Self introduced for my wife on plain A4 and kid signed by me and my wife
9. Confirmed hotel reservation where 2 days are paid.
10. Flight reservation Smith saa.
11. House document. And land documents.

Please help me check if am to add any other thing. Or remove.

submitted may 21st Monday and visa was approved may 22nd Tuesday. it took just 24hours for it to be approved
