After ignoring this movie for donkey years, I finally got to see it. A big tnx to the guy who gave me the full name here. Honestly, I was more than thrilled, i was literally on edge all through the movie & there were times am like WTF just happened.

Guys pls avoid this movie like a plague. Everything about this movie is horrible, from the awful writing, horrid visual to the peachy storyline. Honestly, Disney really f****d up big time. I had already downloaded the movie before I saw the awful reviews here. Recommend this movie to your worst enemy if you mean revenge. Truly the worst movie of the year.

There are apps u can use to calculate your distance or better still use your google map to calculate your distance

Go to any nearby stadium. A standard track is 400m(0.4km). To cover 10km do the maths, note it has to be timed(at least 4km every 15min), therefore try and cover 10km in about 34min.
It might look difficult at first, but little by little you will get there.
Or better still, download a phone app(from play store) to track ur distance, mind you for this to work accurately, your device must have accelerometer.
