Please I need help with Workforce Online Customer Service E learning, Am I required to pay before I can complete the Course?

I'm confused too..... I applied for a Bank teller position......

workforce sent me a mail to take an online assessment and also complete a customer service course as cerificate will be issued to participants....


I have taken the test but when I logg in the link for the course.... am seeing payment and voucher stuff and I try to loggin with my mail and password as directed by them but it's telling me incorrect details


is it the same with you?? have sent them mail this morning

I was interviewed in January 21st and 22nd (two days interview) and got called on 13th December to resume work on the 28th December of the same year. In between these times, the recruitment team contacted me several times to send my updated CV, asked for my passport data page e.t.c. Some recruitment processes can take a really long time. Wishing you the best.

2 months..... thou I didn't accept the offer...... I applied for Bank teller role and was interviewed for a Bank teller position to be placed in my state but they ended up giving me direct sales agent role in my employment letter and was posted to another state.... I refused resuming .......

all this outsourcing coys sha..... still hoping for something better because others are yet to reply after the interview
