I have worked in two houses in abuja that uses it, and they are both electricity brutalists... To give you an insight, one of them is a four bedroom with two units of 4 Ton central AC... Then 5 units of 1.5 HP individual split AC... There is a swimming pool machine...washing machine, bore hole... The list goes on... Maximum load is about 35kw in that house...the full battery bank is about 120Kwh (8 units).... Yet...its been Over two years and the man no de slow down... You can't abuse felicity like that..... If you want to enjoy felicity, just take am jeje.. For example, you see that 15kwh battery from felicity , I always tell people never to draw more than 3kw at once.

I noticed no one has really made comment on the cable gauge vis-a-vis the distance between the charge controller and the battery and even the battery tk the inverter sef.

It appears to me that it's the same 6mm guage duo core used between the panel and the CC that is also used between the CC and the battery at such a long distance (that's like 3 ft distance between CC and battery). Also the wire between battery and inverter looks like an 8mm single.

Of course suggestions mentioned earlier by other contributors still remain valid and should be considered too in trouble shooting.

What should be the ideal thickness of wires from PANELS to CC and CC to the BATTERIES
And also,
What should be the best distance between the PANELS to CC and from the CC to the BATTERIES?

Yesterday, when I visited that thread, was the first time I would be seeing that type of inverter. Apparently it is not very common and you may have issues with getting support and first-hand experiences from people who may have used it.

Also, since you are on a budget, I will advise that you get a modular system with stand-alone components. This will give you as much flexibility as possible, especially when you need to upgrade. This inverter system thing is a journey. You will keep modifying your system as your needs vary.

How soon do you need the inverter? I am expecting some 1000w (peak, and 500w continuous) and 1,600w pure sine transformerless inverter in a week time, and their prices promise to bep affordable.

If you wish to add a solar feature, I could throw in my new 60A PWM Solar Charge Controller you can start with for a measly 10k.

I won't advise you to buy his type of battery though. Go for something better.
