Landed in ottawa a couple of days back.

I flew air canada as i was in the uk for a bit after i left nigeria. The flight was ok. Landed at ottawa around 6:50PM.The airport was rather quiet as it seems not to be a major airport. Did the kiosk declaration and proceeded to get my bags. I was then directed to immigration. He took my passport and COPR , asked the same questions on he copr and told me to initial and sign on both forms, was given a print out on steps on gettig SIN and told me to go to customs since i declared i had food. The officer asked what i had and i said powdered milk , spices, ground pepper,and he asked to see the milk, then he asked if i had the chocolate milky thing as well and showed him the milo and he says while smiling "i heard its good stuff but ill have to bin them as its not allowed in canada" welcomed me to canada and showed me the way out.

2 days after went to service canada for SIN and opened an account with RBC, now job hunting....

I paid online with Gtbank and it was smooth. It would also make the process faster as you don't need to pay a dime in Frsc office, just for them to sign and stamp.

Rule # 1) Make no mistakes I.e before submission, make sure u read ,re read, and read again through your application/profile. Have your spouse go thru d entire profile...or your father/mother/brother/sister/best friend can do you that favor.
Read thru it like u are in IELTS exam hall. Understand the questions and answer them correctly.

Rule #2) Once u identify a mistake/error/oversight, please send a CSE with the appropriate info and follow it up with emails(or calls) to Ottawa and your LVO (if u know it)

Rule #3) Hope and pray for a good timing and lenient
VO.

To answer your question, no.
Once u have submitted, you can't modify your answers or even view d submitted documents.
But u will see d document lists but can't open them.

I think it depends, average now is between 25-30 days.

My name was shortened on my degree certificate.
I always had an affidavit to address it since graduation. If you add the affidavit with the certificate and send to Wes, it will show on the evaluation as well.

I am a PNP FSW applicant and submitted my application last week and have since received my AOR. There was no placeholder to include my nomination certificate and the schedule 4 form. I read in a forum this will be asked for at some point while others said it is also good to send it ahead before it is requested.

Can I raise a CSE and upload these documents even though I am yet to be assigned a UCI number?

Also based on trend, what is the average timeline for PNP applicants?

I would really appreciate a response.

I submitted the nomination certificate and schedule 4 with the letter of explanation. You can wait for them to ask for schedule 4, not sure they will ask for nomination certificate though .Pnp route is not as fast, so patience is key. All the best.

I can't be too sure, but I don't think it matters leaving it under work experience. CIC doesn't really care if you have or had a NOC C job, as long as you have the required NOC B job with experience more than 3 years on that same job (express entry). In fact, once you create your profile, if the algorithm didn't find a NOC B job in your profile, it just automatically rules you out for FSW. So, you should be fine with both in your profile. The question is, does your NOB B experience gets you over the bar?

Has anyone done medicals on weekend or public holiday in Lagos.
For reference letter from employer, does the date written on it matter? I have one dated may which I used for Ontario PNP, can I use it or I should get another.

From observations, PNP applications processing times (at the Province level) usually take 3-6 months to receive nomination with the exception of Ontario (1-2 months).
After nomination, PR visa application (IRCC) usually takes 5-6 months.

If you have spent 6 months or more in the last 10 years or since you were 18, u will need a U.K PCC.
