Good morning. Please, has anyone gotten paid by TheMap gor CRMi this week? I have been sending messages on Instagram and whatsapp since monday and all i hear is "payment runs from monday to Friday ". Today na friday, no show still.

Honestly, at this point I don't know what to think again. I am tired of their automated response.

I was in their office today. They were busy, all day, collating those who want to get refunded, those who want to switch and those with delayed payments. In the end, I understand the emotions but I will take a refund grudgingly rather than someone directly swindling me. They were wrong to launch something this big and be paying manually through a schedule to the bank (this was what they were doing up till this week). They were wrong to have only one bank account. They are wrong not to have a dashboard. They are wrong to have such a disorganised and distorted rates. I hope they have learnt some lessons and moving ahead this 'Paystack integration' will help them handle payments into wallets and dashboards.

However, away from all of these, I appreciate the openess (howbeit arrogant) to want to refund. If they had kept the money to try and manage the situation, it could ruin whatever business they are trying to build and if the pressure gets unbearable, the guy can disappear into thin air. Today, different people came in and the pressure was insane. It took a lot of talking to not disrupt business or beat the staff up.

Yes, they could have run away with the money but instead they choose to refund. It shows they are in for the long run.

How long does it take ICAN to verify your application? And how long does it take to process exemption?

And please, is the exam CBT or paper based and any tips on passing ICAN as I plan to do self study. Thanks in advance

2019 syllabus is applicable but will be renewed next year. Which level are you preparing for ?

Foundation. A new syllabus is applicable every March right ? So when I register for exam, will I be given study packs immediately or how does it work? Thank you

About the reintroduction, it's mainly for the new locations they're working on and payout has been reduced to 60% in 3 months which is still very awesome as opposed to the 110%.

For the first set of investment that was done, the company communicated that it was mainly for CRM Managers in Lagos and this subsequent one will be for Abuja. As they need CRM Managers, the investment will be opened as the company deems fit.

About your second question, I can't comment on that as the company didn't state how many units of investment were realized. The only sure thing is that the new plan will run for 2 weeks and much lesser units will be needed this time.

the one question i have about this "the map crmi" is...if d investor makes 110% ROI of his investment in jx 3months...how does the company or Owner of the company make profits?..what does he go with?...cos its important to know exactly what he benefits from d investment because if d bizness is nt profit oriented,then one shld suspect that the aim is to make investors money d profit on d longrun...so pls clarify me
