Sis, there's is no such thing as 100% reliability in farming/insurance business. It's a risk/decision you have to take based on your risk appetite and discretion.

Digital agric firms rely on their farming experience to deliver. When/If that fails, they expect the insurance company to come to the rescue.

So to invest, you have to trust (1) the firm's farming experience, and (2) The insurance firm (mostly Leadway & NAIC) to play its role.

There are over 20 of them currently that claim to have a comprehensive insurance (whatever that means) and so far, we haven't heard of any default.
Alright, thank you. Just looking for safe investments to go into as treasury bills is no longer encouraging.

FamilyRe: A Man Afraid Of 30. A Woman Afraid Of 30 by dammy222(f): 12:30pm On May 14, 2019
The fear of 30 is the beginning of wisdom. When you clock 30, you start thinking about your life and achievements so far in life. Depression might even set in especially when you are not where you expect yourself to be by that age. But above all, trust God. Hold him to His promises upon your life. Stay motivated. All will definitely be well. And always remember, it's not how far but how well.

Hmm.. I get you.. In life, we must ALWAYS remain HOPEFUL .No matter the circumstances, no matter where you find yourself, don't ever lose hope. Continue to pray to God. Destiny can only be delayed but it can't be denied. Most times God is already working on our case, we only need to be patient to await the manifestation of our answered prayers. It is well

Good day guys, please is anyone dealing with FCMB here? Those guys really look unserious to me.

Just spent 20mins with a customer care personnel that is more interested in telling me about FD than Tbills which I asked her.

And to think that she opened her mouth to tell me that I don’t know what i’m Missing by not doing FD is st**pidly annoying.

Please anyone with the bank here to help me clarify some issues?
Lol... Most banks will gladly tell you about fixed deposit than Tbills. Na their way

If you're not in a hurry dear, why not choose free shipping? This usually takes about a month or two.. You can order again every week or two weeks in small quantity.. so you can receive new goods before your stock runs out.
Aright, thank you

In addition to that, you can also start an online store or a physical one... Import items from AliExpress at a cheaper rate and sell for almost X2 of the price...
.
I'm thinking of starting soon... You just have to know your nearest post office, postal address, and fast selling niche..
I want to import as well but the courier/ shipping charges are so expensive. Most even doubles / triples the price of the goods. Do you know of any shipping company that won't cost me much?

So how does it work at First Bank that you get your alert even before you leave the bank. Please help me understand. Thanks.
First bank deducts the money before the auction and if the bid is successful, you will get your interest and if it's not successful, your money will be returned back to you.

Maybe your bank accepts 100K for secondary market. Unless this has changed recently, my account officer in Stanbic informed me. that 500K is the minimum that Stanbic bank accepts for the secondary market. Anyways some account officers can be economically with the truth at times because of personal agenda. Anyone with a more recent info on Stanbic minimum amount for the secondary market can update the house. I am aware also that the minimum amount varies from bank to bank
Just 2/3 weeks ago, a friend invested 200k at Stanbic bank in secondary market.
But like you said ,it also depends on the account officers.

Maybe you went to Stanbic bank yesterday, after the closure time for submission of primary market Treasury bills application (I think 2pm on the Tuesday preceding the auction date). You were asked to come back next month as the next primary market TB auction date is 13 February. Yes, primary TB market is usually every 2 weeks. You can ask for the secondary market however (which is usually available everyday) if you have up to 500K naira; which I think is the minimum amount required to buy in the secondary market)
You don't need 500k for secondary market. Minimum should be 100k

What was Gtbank or StanbicIBTC last primary rate for 91,182 and 364 tenors .

Next TB primary auction is 29/11/2018. I want to lock up 15mill for 364, targeting 14% rate which is around 2,100,000.00 Naira.

Tbill is really a sweet investment when you have idle cash .

Please Gtbank and stanbic which one gives better rates in Primary market .

I have used FBN , their rates are not so good.
Stanbic
