What that simply means is that your laptop isn't able to read your phone's external storage which is very common with Android 5.x.x .

My photos are in internal storage and not external. I can only view two old pics which I snapped on the day I bought the phone but not my new pics

Hi all. I really need your help. When I connect my phone to my laptop , I am unable to view my photos on my laptop . I switched on USB debugging, I selected MTP, even PTP, yet it is the same thing. I use a camon C9. I can only view my photos in my gallery. When connected to my laptop... all I see is my screenshot and not my photos... Please assist me

On a serious note: I will suggest you start everything all over again: possibly with a new email. I just registered for someone yesterday. And it worked perfectly using Chrome browser.

Thank you. But the thing is I resized with Picasa already and the size was less than stipulated. I even reduced to 4kb at one point and yet it is still saying error. What could the problem be?

been long I did mine, not too sure of the size I used, reduce below 50kb and try again. No idea on the closing date but am sure it's November

You might want to reduce it further to about say 30kb. Mine was reduce to 24.6kb and uploaded instantly.

Anyways, once you upload and you are asked to reload, try reloading, it would upload.

Also ensure the size doesn't exceed the stipulated size.

I have png format and also jpg format.the size is less than the stipulated size of 62kb. I have been reloading since 7am and it is still the same

It is going perfectly well this morning.Even though it's showing a blank screen ,I think it was actually saving your application .I was having the same issue as you but when I logged in this morning ,I was able to view all the applications I submitted when it showed a blank screen.

it happened to me many times like that, just keep trying or Better still open a new email and apply with it. They sent me a link on my other email account so I clicked on the link they sent and filled d form and it went through successfully. Make sure u fill ur NYSC date like this e.g march 2015

Can you send me the link they gave you ? Because I have been trying for days now and yet it isn't going. Is the link personalized to just you alone ? And if so,how do I get them to send me a personalized link as well?
