I don't know any commercial bank that will allow you do TB without visiting a branch sha. Except you have a very very cordial relationship with you account/relationship manager who can take care of sending you the forms to fill and send back or you you are in diaspora.
Standard Chartered allows you to do that for secondary market TB

It's always a delight to understandyour thought process. Thank you.
ositadima1:
Kind of... On 25-10-2024, it flagged on my screener. It first showed symptoms in the filter: a jump in volume with minimal price change. This stock, which typically traded at less than 2 million daily on average—and sometimes under 200k—suddenly did over 6 million naira that day, without much price movement. It was still trading below 2 naira.

I’m not claiming I see everything—most stocks don’t behave this way. In fact, many don’t. Also, sometimes the signal indicates a sell, as sellers might have better information.

Let me share my current list of volume anomalies. The screener uses a moving 10-day window of data. Check some of the older dates—some stocks have already gained in value since they were first spotted, and some showed the anomaly more than once. Look at today’s new arrivals and let’s see what happens with them.

One more thing: this is just a preliminary observation and requires further analysis before investing your hard-earned money. For example, even though I noticed SUNU Assurances, I didn’t bother analyzing it, so I didn’t bet on it.

See what a lady sent to me yesterday, unfortunately she missed the opportunity to increase her portfolio because she doesn't like to buy additional shares when they are selling above her average cost price.

I love to average down, but I also average up if the business is growing and becoming more efficient

PhonesRe: My Review On The Airtel 5G Unlimited Router by dammybrite: 4:40pm On Jun 23, 2024
Pastorjohn2:
So this device cost me #50k and you should be able to get it at any Airtel official store.
The first month is free and you pay for the next month after that.

So, This device is actually unlimited. They weren't lying, I have used more than 120gb and it's still going.
Downloaded gta V on my laptop, Updated every single app on both my phone and laptop. I even started thinking of what to use my data on grin

It's quite nice and odd to actually have unlimited data in this country.

The only cons of this is the network connection slow. I'm on the cheapest plan which is 20k unlimited and I only get 20mbps max (2mb/s) on rare occasions when internet is good it breaks the cap into 5mb/s but quickly goes back to 2mb/s.
So if you want more speed, You have to spend more money.

Apart from that, it's pretty solid if you're someone like me that downloads games of 30gb-100gb.

Oh and be ready to wait because it took me more than 24 hours to download a file of 108gb.
Hi OP

Thanks for your review. How long does the battery last?

Good day Nairalanders please help me up,

My brother company in Portharcourt want to relocate my brother abroad.

The information came last few weeks, they have booked appointment for him for international passport capturing on the 13th May , please which documents are we going with to the immigration office because this is our first time of processing a passport.

Please how or where can he get urgent national population commission birth certificate.

As a novice please in traveling matter please advise me.
He is likely older than 18. Hence NPC may not issue to him based on their announcements in recent times. He should rather swear an affidavit at a high court, NOT customary court ooo

Any recommendations on reliable alternatives to keep fx aside local banks?
Wotowotoman:
Lebanon did it. It started like a rumor. Government denied it and everyone relaxed until one morning. Nobody could get their dollars from the bank. It’s a risk that comes with keeping your fx in local bank accounts. Anything can happen at anytime and nobody will see it coming…

The codes and data will be nice to have. Thank you
ositadima1:
The analysis to determine if the proposed merger terms of 12 units of salt for every 11 units of sugar were reflected in actual market prices. Here are the steps I took:

**I set up a function to represent the proposed ratio of salt to sugar prices: salt = (11/12) x sugar. This allows me to calculate the expected salt price for any given sugar price based on the proposed terms.

**I then plotted the ratio (11/12 x sugar/salt - 1) x 100 over time. This normalizes the pricing ratio to 0 when the actual prices reflect the proposed terms.

**I added a red reference line at 0 on the chart, representing perfect accordance with the proposed 11:12 ratio.
The data shows that actual market prices started aligning with the proposed ratio within +/- 5% around the time the merger announcement was made. This suggests the market began pricing in the expected terms.

**In the second chart I extended the data points back to 2020. Interestingly, there appears to be another pricing relationship from 2020 to 2022-03 of roughly 12 units of salt for every 10 units of sugar. I'm not sure if that is just coincidence.

**I can provide the Python code and data to allow independent verification of my analysis. Please let me know if you would like me to share those.

Conclusion
: The market data suggests traders began pricing salt and sugar based on the proposed merger ratios around the deal announcement. cheesy

I use PyDroid3 and I'm sure you'll find plenty of tutorials on how to run Jupyter Notebook with it.

For daily data, I scrape PDFs using PyPDF4. MorganCapital sends me daily price lists as pdf from which I update my CSV files on my phone.

Hello, chief. Many thanks for bringing this up. Which mobile IDE do you use? Do you mind sharing how you scrap the data daily?
ositadima1:
Results of a scanner that counted the number of stocks that rose above 5% in a given day as good and fell below -5% as bad. Then filtered for only days where we had at least 35 good or bad stocks.

Given the data from 2020 to date, it is very unlikely we will see poor performance tomorrow.

RomanceRe: How Would You Spend Naira Per Month? by dammybrite: 8:30am On Jan 05, 2024
Ultimate ratio depends on you. Up to 70% should go to investment ceteris Paribas. Bonds(30), dividend-paying stocks(especially FUGAZ)(30) and real estate(10) should be the focus. You may use cash flow from the first two to sustain and improve the latter. lipsrsealed
