Its worthwhile to clarify that , a student is the one required to show access to 7000 euro as proof of funds, however it seems logical that if you are being sponsored, your sponsor should have money left for themselves asides the 7000 assigned to you.

Hi, didn't you use Form A in making the payment? Because usually the bank takes out the exchange in Naira from your account.

Hi, please I made a payment of 12035euros for my tution fee and 21.22euros was even charged as bank charges.
But wen GC sent my receipt 12015euros was stated as amount paid.

Hope this won't be a red flag during Visa application??

I have BSc Accountancy (second class upper division).

my goal is to Japa first and when I settle down and understand the country's systems, I may decide to go for some other program that is more sellable in the country.

As for the job prospects, Dublin obviously has better job prospects but @ the end of the day, it's all grace. The fact that you study in Limerick doesn't mean you won't get a good job post study. You need to decide for yourself on the long run.

If you have personal questions on the schools, you can send a mail to the program coordinator of the course or international office and then use these answers to pick the best option for yourself.

All cities have pros and cons, for example accomodation in Dublin is more expensive to that of Limerick's, etc..

After tuition payment and Edubond, can a balance of at least 2M from her account with documents of one landed property suffice?

If we decide to ignore using the Edubond, would a balance of 4M after full tuition payment, with documents of one landed property be okay also?

Unfortunately, Irrespective of Edu-bond or not, visa application processing time is at 6 weeks to 12 weeks.

Edu-bond is basically to show you have your expected living expenses already saved in ireland. Unfortunately depending on the visa officer it may back fire on your application if you do not have close ties to your sponsor and you've not presented enough bank statements and proof of livelihood to prove legitimate income earning of yourself and your sponsor.

No, it has to be the bank account where both the tuition fee and Edu-Bond was paid from.

They expected each sponsor to have at least 8M in their account, a friend of mine that got her visa; her sponsor has 8m.
I was shocked to get a refusal because after using 2 sponsors, they still included their property documents which worth even more than what they have in their account, which is enough for a sponsor to have.
I’m applying to UK that has less stress, It’s not a good thing to have refusal. It broke my heart

In all honesty, there's no way my mum would have 8M after sorting out everything. No way!!! The Irish visa process though..

I’m not trying to discourage you bro, I’m only sharing my experience maybe it might help you.
Just make sure your sponsor has up to 8M, I’m sure you won’t have any problem with that. And make sure you are related to your sponsor( I mean same surname).
If you got your birth certificate recently make sure you state the reason why you are not using the one they issued at the time of birth in your application letter.

Griffith requires full Tuition. However, if due to the Pandemic they will be accepting partial fees then it will be clearly stated on your OFFER LETTER. Tuition also comes down to 11775 or 12775 after the discount.

Opting for EDU-Bond does not exempt bank statements , kindly take note

Tax clearance (I didn’t include the tax clearance of one of my sponsor)

I don't think Ireland allows PT study for international students..

I would advise you wait till the Irish visa officially announces they are accepting new apps. Plus, applications will be scanned to Dublin via the VFS so hopefully response will be between 8-10 weeks.

Yes, your sponsor's bank statement would still need to be provided.

After postgraduate study in Ireland, you apply for a post study work permit which runs for two years. Having said that, you have two years to get a good paying job and improve your visa status...

Maybe you should try using someone else's card that's very conversant with making online payments. But you need to be also sure that your card can be used in making online transactions, if not you need to contact your bank.

So I contacted the school and they told men they've refunded the money in the same January I applied for it and requested I visit my banking provider.

Lo and behold the useless bank have been sitting on my money for almost two months without informing me or crediting my account. Next thing they were say was that I should write a letter requesting for the fund and even have the gut to tell me that I would not receive all the money because interest will be charged on it.

After using my money for business

I'm sure they know what they are doing in that bank

Hi, I thought Visa application takes 4-8weeks. Has that changed already? I plan on beginning my application by June. My sponsor's statement of account wasn't that active in December. So, we are calculating using Statements from mid-dec to mid-june.

Yes. However, you would still be needing any of those when applying for the visa. So, in a way you really can't escape it.
