I pity the people of that region. I stayed in a very severe traffic jam in Warri when I visited because fuel tankers from the entire country were loading fuel that week. What this country know best is to visit Warri and TAKE AWAY and not to bring anything like develpment. None of the oil organisation, the banks, just name them have their head quaters in the south south. Now, there are likely to be threats of quake. I pray it does not turn out to be true.
