The seller proposed half refund "in his message chat with you" but apparently went ahead to give zero refund (do not refund) in the dispute page AE arbitration team is concerned with. The seller is being dishonest.

So I suggest that before you reject the proposal, you should chat up the seller again and show him the screenshot. If he fails to answer on time (within 12hrs), reject his proposal and make your own proposal, typing in the amount you deem right for the agreed half amount. Then in addition, upload the screenshot of the chat where he agreed to half refund to the arbitration page.

I am not 100% on this, but I think there is an option in the settings of windows to display only on external monitor and others.
You should probably attach your HDD, bootup and check the screen extension settings to see if this is the case.

The motherboard of my laptop which was delivered to me on Monday.... after coupling it, it doesn't display on the screen and it display on external monitor....... I know my screen is not faulty.... For the benefit of doubt....i went to computer village yesterday, the two screens tested with it too did not display.......
Is there any possibility that i can be refunded?
And when the seller shipped it, he sent me a picture of when they were testing it, although it was with external monitor.....
Can i open dispute?

I guess my item got to the delivery man just in time before they officially closed for the day, which wasn't the case with your item. The item was originally planned for delivery yesterday (before their closing hour) but we agreed to meet up today. I'm almost certain you'll get an update on Monday. I'm not sure if they work on Mondays but try rechecking your tracking progress in case you get the delivery man's number. You'd then be able to know when he'd deliver it.
