Most likely there is a typo/error in the email address on the biometrics slip. You can call the customer care. In any case you can give some days interval and go back to VFs your stamped passport will be back there.
Also continue to check your IRCC portal your counterfoil no will appear the day your passport is stamped in the high commission. It then takes some days for the passport to come back to vfs and ready for collection

Thank you for your response, I tracked it and it says it is under process at Canada visa office. I don’t now know if Canada visa office is same as vfs or it’s the Abuja office?

Does anyone know the meaning of the response I got when I tracked it ?

I meant to ask, when did you do your biometric, after you submitted your application…before the medicals.

I did my biometrics two days after and my medical on the 30th then on the 14th of February it showed medical passed

I decided to do upfront medical and I did it on the 30th of January

I submitted my application January 12th and did my medical January 30th, my medical started showing passed from February 14th and I am wondering how long it will take for me to get a response. ( I sent my medical through webform)

I will really appreciate an answer as I have March 1st as deadline to give my school an update.

Select your region and country, then use the dropdown to select "Track your passport".
You should be able to figure the rest steps out from here.

Normally Immediately ur Visa is approved, the correspondent letter should be sent. But we have seen applicants here complaining that they didn't get it immediately after their visa was approved. For Paper applicants, the correspondent letter comes back to you with the passport, while online applicants can download the document from their profile after your Visa has been stamped on ur passport..

As the name implies, Passport request letter is the letter CIC sends to an applicant requesting for the applicant's passport so that the applicant's Visa can be stamped on it from the embassy. This only applies to online applicants tho, as paper applicants would have submitted their passports with their applications. While Correspondent letter is that important letter you will take with you to the POE in Canada, you will have to show the officer there, so they can issue you your student permit for ur entry into Canada proper.. Hope this helps..

I'm new to this forum but just been observing for a while.
I just got my approval alert.
Applied for the first time in April(hand submission)but got rejected based on purpose of visit, finances and travel history ( I've never stepped foot out of Nigeria)
Second application done online on June 5th 2018.I had to defer my admission to winter of this year. In October I was asked for a custodianship and medicals which I sent but I didn't hear from them again till today.
My testimony is that I had given up since my admission to university of Saskatchewan expired in January, all other documents expired too. I was supposed to even leave for Ukraine next week but God did it for me.
There is still hope for June applicants and all other applicants. If God can do it for me despite the expiration of my documents he can also do it for you.
