OP, this is good. can one use "so think" software to offer fiverr services? In one of your comments on this thread, you said it should be used only for practice. If i am right, why say that?

You linked your access visa card with nigerian paypal before paying right?

Happy New Year everyone! @gurus, if a newbie gets a promo code from godaddy and gets a domain at $0.99, is that going to be the only cash involved for that very domain atleast for a year? i mean do they add extra $ for parking or listing? i know that after the domain has been sold, they will deduct their percentage.

well its not true. What matters is the quality and the importance of your domain to the individual or company and not the email you used. that's is a clear misinformation. but even if you need a private email address ie yourname@yourdomain.com, there's a way to do that for absolutely free provided you own a domain name. though not every registrar supports this.

OP, i went online for more research saw things like; its not advisable to use gmail, yahoomail etc to reach end users. That end users wont take it seriously, might be considered as spam. How true? Please explain more on this for us

definately some banks deactivated their cards for international transactions though it's temporal. but some other banks reduced the monthly spending limit. for example GTbank cards monthly spending limit is now $100. and it works fine for international payments, I use it. if you don't have a GT account, confirm from your bank if your card is eligible for this. you can equally buy from Nigerian domain registrars with any type of ATM card. no restrictions. domainking.ng is doing very well in that aspect. but if you need cheap domains, international prices is lower.

OP, i thought there are restrictions on inline payments now with our normal ATM cards. I'm not sure anyway, just thinking.
