Where are the security personels when they are needed most?

For this people to operate successfully without any resistance or challenge from security personels speaks volumes on the security situation in the country. It is appalling and unpalatable!

As a man, you must create a space that no close friends must be allowed in.

You obviously don't know what it means for a foreigner or even a citizen to perform such an act on uniformed and armed policemen on duty.

It is an insult to the country and to the NPF. It connotes a lot of negative things.

If it is an innocent gift, they would have enveloped the cash and handed over to the leader of the squad.

You cannot try this is China as the policemen would arrest you and charge you for various offenses ranging from unsolicited bribery of an officer on duty, trying to compromise an officer on duty, etc.

This is why i always advocate that all these illiterates in the NPF should be replaced with trained and motivated gradutes.
