The truth remains that both abia and anambra faced neglects of good leadership before seemingly good leadership (although, average when compared to int'l std) came their way. Anambra got her fair leader with Chris Ngige, then Peter Obi and replaced by another fair leader, Willie Obiana while Abia is just getting hers, Okezie Ikpeazu. Ikpeazu is seriously trying and if he continues in this manner, by the end of his 2tenures, the man will do wonders. Anambra has enjoyed fair leadership for the pass 11years, right from the time of Ngige but abia is just managing to get one. Orji Uzor made few efforts in Ngwa rd axis where he believes Igberes and old bends are residing and continued in his home town - igbere. But Thief A Orji is a disaster. He's like the biblical devil that comes to steal, kill and destroy. By the time he left, Abia state was a shadow of its own. However, currently, those pictures above does not depicts the situation of major roads in Aba. Faulks Rd is currently under serious construction and many other roads too.

Are you suppossed to go with batch b and due to one thing or the other, you could not make it to camp?

Thanks for your timely post, very helpful. Pls clarify me; If someone was mobilize in 2016 Batch A but didn't not print the call-up letter and jettisoned everything about NYSC but now wants to go with 2017 batch A, what's the procedure? I will be grateful for your reply
