About the hostel. Both parties take the blame but the management takes it more. The hostel has been deteriorating over a long period of time but the management has been ignoring the signs.

It falls on the management to make rules and make sure they're enforced. We know how human beings are if we just leave everyone to freewill, there's no law and the law is not being enforced by anybody, everybody will just do as they want.

For example someone who who isn't used to throwing dirt in a waste bin, there are places the person would be and the person will feel uncomfortable to litter the ground based on how that place has been kept.

That aside, the management has ignored all these. Even the best of buildings are serviced regularly.

Don't be tribalistic, anyone who goes to UNN knows that video is true. That is even Nkrumah hostel. Let them show Alvan or Eni Njoku hostel.

I just came back home today and coincidence he brought Bullet back today. I'm overjoyed, by morning I'll take his photos. Baba still recognize me despite how big he has become.

Made research and apparently they're the only ones that can give me what I want at my location. Others their coverage is not wide enough.
