Does anyone repair Anker Speakers?

Mine is the Anker SoundCore 2, water got into the speaker through a punctured hole. It doesn't retain charge and audio is distorted.

My order got updated like this, when it initially arrived at the PO, I went there after a week but they said it wasn't there.

Been planning to go back next week which is over a month since it arrived PO via tracking. Thing is my PO always sends text message anytime stuff arrived. Was surprised to see this update on one of them.

Didn't get both I ordered last year and I've placed order yesterday for them. Opened dispute for one and I've been refunded, the other will be ready for dispute in 3 days.

I can't believe my eyes! My order of 26/11/2020 finally arrived destination country today. The order was despatched on 07/12 and has spent about 90 days in transit. I'd already given up on it, waiting for the expiration of the BPP, which ends tomorrow @2pm, and then open dispute to get my refund, only for me to get a tracking update this evening about its arrival. Hopefully, others will follow suit

Na wa oh, even if na train dem use ship am. It is well, good news. If only Nigerian public organisations were efficient.

I informed Anker about my order which has exceeded 90 days (I extended BP once), they now extended and brought that confirm order received by so so date ish. I just filed for dispute now.
