Improper conclusion there. The fact that a particular group who may or may not be a PDP members are still perpetrating corruption through inflated contract does not absolve PDP of culpability when analyzing the depth of corruption in Nigeria. PDP was not the whole problem but it was part of the problem when it should have been part of the solution. APC is also corrupt but the Senator was not objective here.
