I just wish smokers would respect the rights of non smokers in enclosed spaces. More buildings will collapse as long as the price of a bag of cement continues to change per minute. A single 10mm iron rod is now close to 10,000 Naira per piece. Wood used in supporting construction work is continually increasing in price. A China vehicle of sand is close to 200,000 Naira. Unscrupulous builders must cut corners and dilute what they are using in building houses. The basic fact is more sub standard houses will be built and as such more and more buildings will collapse!
