I don't want CIV to qualify.

Let them at least learn a life's lesson not to run other people down or conclude too early (Especially that Yaya Toure). Empty boasters make the loudest noise. Don't judge things impulsively!
They have hosted an excellent competition with excellent facilities. They should at least get to the knock out stage even if they parade a dreadful football team. undecided

Car Talk › Re: Toyota Corolla 2009 Gearbox Box Problem by Dantedasz(m): 9:03am On Jan 24, 2024
MrDevice:
My 2009 corolla gearbox giving me issues. It will free itself and pick again.

Who's the reliable auto person in Abuja that can fix that? Or I should go for direct tok one instead?
Do not rush to assume that replacement of the gear will solve this problem.
If the problem is related to your vehicle ECU/ECM then replacement of the gear system may not solve the problem.
Sometimes loose wiring or wrongly connected wires can cause gear problems.
I sincerely advise you to consult an expert who can scan your gear system to detect where the fault is actually coming from.

Be very careful about the type of expert you consult on gear related issues so that you don't pour water into a basket.
Do your proper research on gear issues in your type of vehicle before even talking to anyone.
Good luck.

Properties › Re: My New Borehole Pumps Out Dirty Water First, Before Clean Water. Help! by Dantedasz(m): 9:43am On Jan 20, 2024
Grupo:
Hello all,

Please I drilled a new borehole for my village house.

According to the geologist who did the survey, we'd get water at 65 meters. So I paid him to bring drillers to drill 65m well.

After the whole drilling and installation, and flushing of the well, I noticed that each time I pump the water, the well brings out dirty brown water for like 20 minutes before it starts bringing out clean water.

And the next time I pump the water, it repeats the same way. I have contacted the drilling company and they are not saying anything useful.

Please I will appreciate contributions from experienced people on how to navigate this challenge.

Please @mods, or the mod in charge of this section, kindly help me push this to the front page. I really need opinions.

Thanks.
Good day.

There are two solutions.
1. You sink a fresh borehole beyond the depth of the one you are currently using. The problem with this solution is that if the water in your area is poor then the pumping machine may still bring up the bad water before the good water.
2. The second solution is to use the current bore hole as it is and then set up a mini treatment plant. In this process you buy a bigger rubber tank which is to serve as the first reservoir. This big tank is to be sited close to the submersible pump and recieves water directly.
A treatment plant with chemicals is also sited near the tank (The engineers know how this is done)
You will also need an elevated scaffold stand upon which you place the second smaller tank.
You will also need a surface pumping machine.
This is how it works: You pump the first water into the big tank until it fills up . You switch off the submersible pump and then use the surface pumping machine to pump the water through the treatment plant (where the water is purified and all impurities are eliminated. ) into the smaller tank on top of the scaffolding before use. This is the only way to eliminate the impure water.

Either way you are going to have to spend money!
Good luck.

Watching the two teams you notice a pattern in what Ange Postecoglu and Tottenham are doing. They have a game plan and a pattern of play. Manchester United on the other hand despite being the home team have no pattern of play or any game plan. Ten Hang is living on borrowed time. The job of coaching Manchester United is definitely beyond him.

Tottenham are dominating this game as if they are the home team.
Manchester have a non existent midfield,a non existent defence,a terrible goal keeper and a poor attack. It says a lot that Scott McTominay is the teams top scorer.
