Why?

Because carbohydrates comes in THREE FORMS..

Monosacharides ,diasacharides and POLYSACCHARIDES..

Polysaccharides are carbohydrates..

BUT they are NOT sugars..

Too much of everything is bad..

But too much SUGARS are worse than too much polysaccharides..
