Hello if you want to gain access with a shared system on the network read more on hacking with netbios. remember you can also send trojan to the system to get info or use a system monitoring software like golden eye to get the persons passwords

If the system still allows installation get bitdefender or nod32. if it does not allow installation slave the harddisk i.e if its a desktop scan the slave HDD with an updated antivirus.
2. if its a lappy get a networking cable network it with an updated antivirus of another system. you must first share your HDD. You can also scan it in a cafe via the network
