If they don't want us to have it already, why would they make inputing your score COMPULSORY as part of the application process?

Mr apheyz, sorry for the late response.

In the past, the norm was to apply by submitting an application form via email to British Council who then conduct the screening on behalf of NLNG, make a shortlist and invite successful applicants for panel interview followed by IELTS test. In other words, IELTS was considered at a later stage of the process.

Since there's a slight change in the mode of application this time, I can't categorically tell you if failure to present an IELTS score at this stage would adversely affect your chances. In my opinion, since IELTS wasn't stated as a core requirement in the advert, I guess it would suffice to follow bfbellexce's advice. But then, we need to ask ourselves about the implications of stating a score you don't possess. CHEERS!!!

Calm down dearie, KPMG is a reputable firm. They will pay you just in time. This is how it works:

1. You submit your questionnaire.
2. They queue it up behind those people that submitted before you.
3. They verify that your "filled questionnaires" is properly completed and it is between 230 - 250 in number.
4. With criteria met, they pay you the money instanta.

So everybody will not get their money on the same day. Some will receive first before others do.

Written test is just like an interview, get ready it's usually a long test, you may spend over an hour on this.

Nothing difficult. Just answer to the best of your availability.

A new research has shown that penis size does have an influence on how attractive men are to women.

However, the one thing even more important to women than these two factors is actually torso shape.

Researchers basically projected 3D computer-generated images of 343 different men onto a wall to test how variations in torso, height and penis size influenced the perceived 'attractiveness' to women.

The 105 young women in the study then gave a rating of one to seven to each of the males in the images.

The scientists behind the study believe comparing variants which are known to influence attractiveness (like torso and height) with flaccid penis size would determine once and for all whether size really matters.

The results were pretty unanimous, with the more well endowed models scoring the higher ratings.

The conclusion also suggests that women indeed prefer larger joysticks - certainly up to 5.1 inches (13cm) flaccid.

Beyond 2.99 inches (which is considered below average), the extra attractiveness points per length started to wane.

The results suggested that a larger penis helped taller men the most, which maybe has something to do with looking in proportion.

Boss, I just received an email inviting me for the written test having (I believe by "this" email - the most recent one sent to me) scaled through the first objective test.

My question is, what do i expect? and how do i prepare? Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.
