Masters or PhD? Course?

I was awarded a PhD in an institution in Malaysia. What's the next step? What are the few things we need to be cautious about(visa, admission and any other thing.)

2.This is a Degree program with an MSc In Engineering Certificate from the University of Port Harcourt + Huawei Certificate in Networking(HCIA) which is also globally recognized.
3. Its program is almost unbelievable as you will have Industry Personnel from MTN,ExonMobil,Huawei,IHS Towers, Yokogawa Instrumentation etc.

Nothing about their legitimacy seem verifiable. Those prices are almost unrealistic considering they claim to sell NEW LAPTOPS. No genuine feedback from a verified customer. It seem all Grey to me what they do. Trade with them CAUTIOUSLY.
