Dear NL, pls is there any policy in nigeria that says a micro finance bank guarantee cannot pass in a commercial bank?

I have been seeking finance for a project for some time and recently a company showed strong willingness to avail my company the finance thus need upon my company providing a bank guarantee..I have gone to my bank which is a micro finance bank...upon my bank agreeing..this company is saying their bank will accept a bank guarantee from a like bank of their status...pls I want to know if there is any central bank policy that says a micro finance bank cannot provide a payment guarantee to a commercial bank?

its not news that the current ASUU strike (2013)is been on for over 8weeks (2 months); with an end yet to be seen. i write in respect of business owners in the campuses. how do they survive in such an environment where their major customers(95%) are the students who have been sitting at home for the past 2months?

yeah there are many devourer n many non-devourer. i suppose we take advantage of COLLABORATION, ie..idea + money!! this is how the West have moved so much that we are unable to meet up..we must learn to trust first before allowing doubts..at least we can trust first without monetary involvement. i think its suppose to be this way!!

i am amazed sometimes at the level of dis-trust in the nigerian business environment. One man has an 'idea' and another the 'money'..the one with the money when asked to put his money into starting up or developing the idea from its seed stage knowing its viability and profitability deliberately looks for every reason not to put his or her money even when shown all legal and true documentations with proof of authenticity? why is this i always ask?? why the so much distrust.

you hear questions like 'what if it fails..what will i do?'
i have one question for them
'WHEN IT WORKS, WHAT WILL YOU DO?'
