I wrote to them a month ago after uni assist forwarded my documents to them and they replied saying they're still processing it and I would get a reply as soon as a decision is made. It's past admission deadline and I am yet to hear from them. What do i do bikonu?

Please be a little bit patient. Now the professors will check your backround and then you will get information. Usually it takes 3 weeks before you can get answer.

Please apply for an appointment in visa office.

Please house, I got the above mail from Kassel since over a month and till now, no admission letter has turned up. What do i do?

Hello guys, thanks for all the contributions. I just got a letter from uni-assist stating their pleasure to inform me that they'll be forwarding my application to HCU-Hamburg.

According to them, even though it's not a letter of confirmation of admission, I can pretty much use the letter to apply for a student's visa.

So can I go ahead and open a blocked account and apply for a visa or should I chill till I get the official admission letter from the school.

Abeg eh, I've got the same letter from uni assist since a month now. I sent a mail to the schools to know my fate (in view of admission letter) but no news yet till now. The schools however advised I apply for visa interview but I don't know which document to use for the visa application. Any clues yet?

Most courses which are taught in English also require German knowledge. Is the German language compulsory or should I ignore it? I've tried mailing the schools but they won't reply.

I've been through the posts here and I must commend the riders of this thread.
I had had few issues though

1) I have ielts, and other needed docs but don't know if notarising means "certifies true copy" or something else I don't know
2) I am my sponsor and have no bank statement but can afford the tuition. Any help in that regard will be appreciated
3) my passport expires in Jan next year, is there a way I can renew while it's not yet expired?
4) an anyone help me with a school that offers cheap tuition, in a good city and offers masters in engineering courses? (Serching random schools can be frhstrating)

I was interviewed for f1 visa at Abuja embassy on thur, 5th April. I have been checking my visa status since and it shows "administrative processing" case created is still the same 5th April. How long should I wait more? Do I leave this city for where I base (enugu) or should I hang around more ?

2 sittings not allowed. You cannot combine results. Just aim for 20points.
