Hi. It's just the first week u pay $267 (inclusive of $50 which is refundable at the end of ur stay), subsequent weeks u pay $217 per week, and on the 31st day, u start paying $185 per week because they'll return $31.50 tax for the first 30 days you've stayed. That's $31.50 × 5 weeks = $157.50.
So in short, if u stay more than 5 weeks, ur average weekly rate is actually $185 NOT $267 or $217 or $270.
And they refund u d $50 u pay when u check in initially.

I hope u get it.

Cheers.
Thanks I get it, I guess this info is for in town suites

Please, I would like to know if it is possible to get a student visa to commence studies in July. But rather than travelling to resume in July, I defer to February, can I use the same visa to travel for resumption in February or I have to apply for another COE and visa for February resumption, thanks for your response.
