At first, I took d op seriously. But later discovered that he/she was a slowpoke.
I swear deep down wit my life and existence that I've seen a merman before.
He was cleanly shaved n had a red fish-like tail...was very giant. And I was d only one who saw it in the midst of crowd at the rocky stream.
It was at a religion centre.
But the problem till date is whenever I tried to tell anyone, I sense it visually that he is looking at me.
Seemed he is/was trying to communicate something to me.
On that day, I turned my back to it in order to avoid looking at it but it seemed my vision turned 360 degrees. Like an eye got implanted at the back of my head. I can sense the merman looking at me right now.

it was during Xmas period and our parent took all of us to d village for the festive period. me and four teenage boys went to the village river (OGBAGU),to take our bath just like every other night, for like three days in a row. there have always been tales of sighting of the mermaid by some locals but none has been verified. we went there with ACHARA(local lantern)in our hands. as we approached there,we started hearing some low tone music then we walked slowly to the river and saw naked girls in a circle,once they saw us,they all disappeared and in d middle was a mermaid. we all ran to our community and couldn't utter a word after been asked what we saw. that's when they called EKE the herbalist man,he gave us some concoction to drink and that was when we were able to narrate what we saw at the river to them. they went there and saw only her stool that she sat on.
