lanicky:B4 u go far wit dis argument, u need to know dat "h" actually has a sound which unfortunately d yoruba tongue chooses to ignore. 'High' is actually pronounced "hai" but a yoruba tongue wud pronounce it as "ai" which is wrong. Conversely, u guyz erroneously pronounce 'I' as "hai" instead of correctly "ai" A sound activated dictionary wud "EP" sorry its 'hɛlp' ![]() |

MoyoGENERAL:Medical interns ar not solely responsible over a patient coz dey ar under d supervision of Medical Registrars. However, dia is a collateral sense of responsibility shared down to d intern. And with d intern being inexperienced, he/she may end up feeling more guilt dan all d others in her first case of patient demise (esp. d emotional type) Psychologically, dia is always dis inflicted syndrome of self-blame n self-regret weneva one meets his/her FIRST consequential 'challenge' or 'failure' in life, especially if it has to do wit mortal jeopardy. Similar wit d way a soldier wud feel troubled after his very first case of murdering an enemy, or even just witnessing. Or an amateur Structural Engineer whose structure collapsed to claim lives. Or even a car learner whose driving led to the death of other humans. D truth is, in real life situations, its not usually easy for a first timer, even wen u think u were prepared for it, or even when u are not solely responsible, u wud inexplicably keep feelin haunted anyway, till u struggle to overcome. Now, overcoming it may sometimes lead to callousness, remorselessness and indifference wen sympathy is supposed to b shown. |
EmmaYimika:Hi, am jst comin across dis thread n I guess i'd see u tomoro. |
I've seen a house in Ibadan wit a basement dat durin rainy seasons it becomes a useless swimming pool. O.P. One factor of basement consideration in building a house in Nigeria besides cost n others, is d flood prone tendencies of d area. E.g. U cant jst build a house with basement in Ebute Meta. |

Dear OP, Well, according to d law of natural selection, most females wud rather prefer to get along wit an Alpha male (i.e. A man in control, a leader, a dominant figure) However, traits of "respect" are sometimes, unfortunately misjudged, I repeat MISJUDGED! (b4 poor readers wud quote me wrongly) as a trait of weakness in a male. Especially wen u don't possess oda "charming" attributes to ur advantage. Personally, I also possess dis trait of "respect" too, towards females, n I've not been single for a loooong while now, neither has "dis" eva stood as a weakness, coz I have a lot of other ways of showcasing d Alpha attitude. My advice: Simply use/learn other abilities eg humor(most esp.), intellectual advantage, bein spontaneous n naughty, being forward, establishing authority wen necessary, being correct. And den d "respect" u possess wud also b a tool of charm. |
cruzita:(in Skipper's voice) Jst smile and wave...

. Biologically, d cravin for a male dominance in d female species(not jst in humans), is a natural instinct which makes d females to believe dat d male is an Alpha Male. Which means, he is capable of withstanding any external threats n can consequently grant adequate security for dem to flourish wit dia offspring. Psychologically, d first Alpha in a lady's life is her Dad. But if she must break out to start a new "pack", den she must look out for another new Alpha. So, afterall, its all nature. But as humans they shud b more aware dat sometimes d crave for dat "dominating" attitude cud end up gettin dem involved with a natural "Bully" or some careless "Jerks". N dat, some Alphas are rather "reasonable" dan bein unnecessarily "dominating" towards dia spouses. . |
Wats d price nah ? |
Eunetmoi:Den so be it! *clears throat* (In Morgan Freeman's voice) On behalf of all Virgos across d world, we warmly welcome u to our fold, n grant u full membership forthwith. Wit dis, u are required to keep abiding wit d usual code of conduct, carrying on with ur normal activities as a Virgo for as long as u desire... Erhmmm... but dat wud b as soon as we clear u of any espionage motive. (kiddin) ![]() |
N a Oh! so u only told her dat u are married. U didn't teh her "happily n comfortably married" eh? So, u mean u ar not happy n comfortable with me, eh? I knew it! Shey I tok am? U neva liked me all along! ![]()

Remember dat u dint state d price. It wud hav done u a better marketing. |
Fidelismaria:Yup, I wanted to go further to tell u about d pple dat ar already medical registrars at younger ages but I guess we can sheath dat now. Dont worry Fiyah, I gat ur back. ![]() |
Fidelismaria:Picture it dis way, Jo studied abroad n cud becom a specialist b4 comin back, while our dear Tori has ASUU strikes, internal strikes, plus oda analogous factors to delay her in school b4 finally coming out as an intern to meet her age mate being a specialist. I tink d age is consistent in my opinion. |
mamawin:Hian! I really can't explain abt those dat don't follow dese tendencies ooo (tho I tink dey are quite few). But am glad u hav someone dat conforms wit dese attributes. |
Koleman: ojuolu: faithchubby93:Yeah! Birthday mates. Reppin 17th since 1700AD. ![]() |
Occurstaem:Even at dis, I wud b honest to tell u dat I don't wanto know too much of it. I am simply okay wit d knowledge it reveals about me n my tendencies for self awareness sake, n datz it! I really appreciate d confirmation from u. |
oluspicy:U ar welcome, Sir. I actually got to do dis finding wen started out on a self discovery quest which started long ago. I came over a lot of theories but dis got d best description about my person, n dat was why I wanted to knw if it also applies to others. As for me, even wen I thot I've modified myself, I actually dint move a bit frm d person I was long ago. N yes, I had to skip some of d slides else we wud hav to scroll till blisters show up. ![]() BTW am 17th, n I really appreciate d feedback |
Mrlemuel:Ooo, i've really not done much research abt d other signs yet. But d little I knw of Taurus is dat, dey ar quite similar to Virgos bcoz dey ar both "earth" signs, including Capricorns too. But dia are uniqueness to every signs. Infact, a theory says Virgo, Taurus n Capricorns shud b very compatible. |
Eunetmoi:Well, 24th Sept is categorised a Libra. But since its not far frm d Virgo closin of 22nd, dese Librans do behave like virgos at times. |
How far, Lalasticlala. I still neva meet criteria for FP yet? |
emmaxman:Tanx for confirming it. I'm close tho. 17th rather. Na u n TuFace dey share Sept. 18th |
beetle24:Eya... sorry ehhnnn. Wish u cud help me wit her number so dat I cud sink sense into her for defaming us. ![]() |
pryme:Tanx a lot for confirming. Being d OP, I also don't give a crap about horoscope, astrology, n even d zodiac itsef. Jst dat d behavioral tendencies presented abt VIRGO got d best description abt me dan other theories (Temperament etc) while I was on a path about self discovery. Oh! And BTW happy Birthday! |
Nixiepie:Oooo... tanx for d addition. I've been portrayed here too. |
funkyibodude:About d high sex drive right? ![]() But funny as it is, wen it comes to settling down, u'd find dem committed to keeping a lasting relationship. Check Beyonce, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Mercy Johnson. Etc. Pple like Linda Ikeji may simply still b tinkin long n hard b4 committin (Which is also typical). |
dukeprince50:Sept 17th candidate I am. But can u confirm d accuracy of d attributes for me? |
Lagosparty:Yeah, I wud love to, but I wud have to spend time studying a lot of case studies b4 i'd make d publication. BTW which one d'you belong to? |
Do you pronounce it with *H*?
?
